Villa's in Malibu

'We stayed at Olivia’s guest house this past weekend and it was a beautiful place with even more beautiful views! The check in process was simple and easy, the location was very scenic and the house itself was well maintained and very clean and quiet. One minor thing to note is that the HVAC is very noisy. It wasn’t an issue for our stay since the temperatures were mild, so we didn’t need to use the system at all. Overall, wonderful stay and would definitely stay here again'

'Die Lage des Objekts war in einer sehr schönen, sauberen und sicheren Wohngegend in Agoura Hills. Das Haus hat 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Badezimmer. Empfangen wurden wir von der Besitzerin Gloria. Die Unterkunft war beim Einzug gereinigt und gut vorbereitet. Der Pool und Whirlpool waren auch vorbereitet und gleich nutzbar. Was uns nicht gefallen hat war die Küche. Diese war nicht komplett ausgestattet ( z.B. fehlten Weingläser ) und ist schon sehr veraltet und auch nicht gut gepflegt worden. Von dort...

'We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa in Malibu. The property itself is stunning, well-maintained, and offers breathtaking views. The owner was incredibly responsive, and any minor issues we encountered were quickly and efficiently resolved.However, the road leading to the villa can be a bit nerve-wracking. The guardrails were damaged by the January fires, making the drive feel less secure. If you're not comfortable with steep, winding roads, this may be something to consider, or wait...

'We loved the view and the generous grounds around the property. Lots to explore. Some of the outdoor furniture could have been set up cleaner but overall loved reading and relaxing outside. The beds were all very comfortable. The kitchen and coffee etc was great - thank you! The plumbing is old and we respect that but it was unusual for us to abide by some of the requirements and the upstairs shower didn't drain.
