'I have absolutely no complaints when it comes to this property. The condo is spacious for Makati standards, and the view off the balcony was amazing. The location is close to everything with a mall and grocery next door. Anne the caretaker is a wonderful lady and very kind.Michael the host was easy to communicate with, and I wouldn't hesitate in rebooking this property again in the future.Thanks Michael and Anne! '

'Heerlijk hotel op een goede plek'

'The hotel itself is nice and in a good location, but the rooms, staff and food are terrible. The rooms have a smoke detector with super bright blinking light which turns your room into a kind of night disco making it impossible to sleep. Also staff knock on your door at 8 in the morning for a mysterious"room inspection" despite the do not disturb sign being on. The food from room service and the pool bar are also not great.'

'The location of the accomodation is very central in Makati, directly connected to a big shopping center. Lobby and the hotel in general look nice, but the rooms or service are not nearly 5 stars worth. The room looked pretty nice, but bathroom was dated and showering in the bathtub behind a somewhat dirty curtain is not what you'd expect in a 5 star hotel that charges 5 star rates. The extra bed we had was a shame, looked like a cheap hostel bed and slept like that as well, while for the extra...
