'Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. '

'Pretty decent accommodation in a great location. The mattress was a bit worn and sagging a bit, but that wasn’t a big issue. Staff were friendly, rooms were clean and the location was quiet at night. Thank you.'

'If you are looking for a true Maine experience, The Spouter Inn is a great place to start. Perfectly located between several little popular towns, Camden, Rockland, Bar Harbor and short drives to Bangor, Portland and more. The Inn keepers were great hosts and the accommodation were cozy and comfortable , and the Breakfasts were top notch. We will be back. Thank you Mark and Tracy!!!!!'

'We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Blue Hills Cottage. Fabiola is the perfect host, and you can tell she genuinely enjoys hosting people. Super cozy and well appointed cottage, set in a beautiful landscape. It is the perfect place to stay if you have dogs, as it is fully fenced and perfect for them. We would definitely come back and stay here. Thank you again Fabiola for your hospitality and kind heart!'

'We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point...

'We enjoyed are stay very much and will stay there again. Very close to Bar Harbor. They offered a shuttle to town if you didn’t want to drive in. We had breakfast delivered to our room every morning! Adam was a great property manager.'

'We only had 3 days to visit the area. Our stay was very comfortable and convenient to Bar Harbor. We could walk the mile to town. Which was easier than trying to park dow there! Close to the entry to Acadia. Also appreciated the breakfast delivered to the room each morning. Everyone we ran across was very friendly.'

'The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was for convenient to downtown restaurants, and close to a hiking trail. I wish I had done more research on the particular room we stayed in. I thought we were staying in the main house, which I liked the aesthetic of more. The Rocklynn is basic in comparison. But that's my own fault for not doin the research. '
