'Cute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. It’s an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasn’t disturbing. '

'We were in town for a concert at the Center Theatre (two adults, two young kids) and this was a perfect place to stay! I loved being able to walk to the venue and to get dinner beforehand. With three bedrooms in the B&B, there was more than enough space and the beds were really comfortable. It was helpful to have a large kitchen and the living room was really cozy. My kids loved the free movies and chocolate chip cookies too!'

'The staff was incredibly friendly. The location was for convenient to downtown restaurants, and close to a hiking trail. I wish I had done more research on the particular room we stayed in. I thought we were staying in the main house, which I liked the aesthetic of more. The Rocklynn is basic in comparison. But that's my own fault for not doin the research. '

'We came up for UNH homecoming with our two German Shepherds. The property was spacious, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials for a comfortable stay. We had a small issue with the shower draining but the property manager responded promptly to the concern. The location is absolutely perfect as it is right down the street from Long and Short Sands beach but far enough off of the main strip to avoid traffic. Access to route 1 and 95 makes this property a perfect jumping off point...

'Loved staying at Spinneys, got to partake in the cedar sauna and staff was accommodating to an early check in. Next morning we were able to wake up and watch seals play in the water right out front, along with a beautiful sunrise. Will be back!'
