'I have stayed at this hotel many times over the last 4 years or so. It is a pity that Hotels.com has not always offered rooms, instead I have had to book through a competitor. It is very convenient, very close to East Park shopping mall. The hotel itself offers reasonable value with a guarded car park, though maintenance of the rooms need to be improved.'

'Great and helpful staff in both locatons of Natwange. For a backpacker place we found it a bit expensive. We had the chance to sleep in two different bedrooms, and one of them had a good comfy bed whereas the other felt like it would break if we move. Not sure about the difference between the two locations. It would make the place also better with refurbished common bathrooms which need a makeover. Hotel transfer from airport was useful but also bit expensive for 25$. We ordered food once...
