'Wonderful Wengen!!!! Loved our time here! Perfect spot for Christmas with 4 adults. The view down the valley from the chalet is magical. Perfect chalet, well appointed. Everything you need is here. Suzanne was very helpful via VRBO host contacting. The reviews are correct in that it is fairly steep hill to property, but manageable. I agree with using a taxi for arrival and departure. Wengen much better than nearby towns like Grindenwald that seemed much more congested and touristy....

'We had a great time at this property! Close to the center of town, bus stop and swimming pool. There were a few dead bugs in the house but otherwise good cleanliness. Plenty of plates and silverware for a group. The beds were especially comfy. Thanks!'

'Absolutely perfect'

'This house had ample room for everyone, and was right on the main road with the bus to Grindelwald. The beds were comfortable, and we had a room unlocked for us so that each person could have their own room. We appreciated the large dining room table and kitchen that had all we needed. Note: the garbage bags are under the Oven but we did not know that. Also we learned after our exit that we were to take all of our recycling with us when we left and drop it off at different places in the town....

'3ème location abritel et c'est la meilleure que nous ayons eue. L'appartement était très propre et bien équipé. A notre arrivée, le propriétaire nous a fait faire un tour de la ville en van pour nous montrer ce dont nous avions besoin (lac, piscine, magasins, restaurants). En plus de tout ce qui était à disposition dans l'appartement (corbeille de fruits frais, boissons, chocolats pour les enfants, pain etc), il nous a offert des œufs frais, du miel et des cerises de la ferme. Jamais nous...

'The chalet could not have been better and Anita is a great host, willing to help wherever she can. The chalet is beautifully themed, with lovely touches that make all the difference. The location is a short drive (2min) or 20min walk to Grunt station, 25min to Grindelwald Terminal - so perfect for days out in the Jungfrau region. My family loved it and we thoroughly recommend Chalet Emmely. '
