I booked for one night with booking .com at cheaper price but stayed at higher price on second night. Since response from booking .com is slow to booked another night '

'I am super impressed with hotel staff, they were very friendly and helpful. Although the room specifically bathroom needs some uplifting, the staff made our stay very pleasant by changing our room. I would like to appreciate Adil and team from Restaurant for taking excellent care of our needs. The breakfast buffet had a variety of delicacies and love the freshly made tea.'

'Beautiful heritage hotel, with efficient, courteous staff, and great dining options. The kebabs were amazing and the bartender was very accommodating and made us a hot toddy for my wife. Lucknowi hospitality is in full flow here. Only callout would be for older people with bad knees, there may be some steps to navigate because of the multi-level structure.'
