'Ou family, ranging from our 6 and 9 year old children up to their 80+ year old grandfather,had a lovely stay in this beautiful accomodation. The house is very charming, but also has great modern facilities like a fully equiped kitchen, window screens against mosquitos, lovely rain showers etc. The view is as amazing as you might dream. The kids had a lot of fun exploring the lush garden while we had drinks on the patio. The road up the hill was a bit scary the first time, but as Massimo promised...

'Wij hebben met 6 tieners en 6 volwassenen twee weken in het huis geslapen. Prachtig uitzicht, mooie tuin, heerlijk zwembad, ruime kamers en genoeg badkamers. De kwaliteit van de keuken vonden wij iets minder. De oven werkte niet goed, koelkast sloot niet goed en de vaatwasser ging kapot. Gelukkig is dit laatste snel opgelost. Communicatie met Fiona verliep snel en soepel.'

'Wij hebben het erg naar ons zin gehad, hele mooie omgeving, een heel fijn zwembad. Luca en Paola zijn bijzonder aardige mensen, en het was heel leuk dat Luca ons onze eigen pizza's liet bakken in zijn mooie oven. Verder moesten wij even wennen aan de hanen die ons smorgens begroetten, maar ik vond dat wel mooi, toch een teken dat je in een landelijke omgeving verblijft. Het was heel erg rustig, geen enkele last van buren oid. Als enige tip heb ik nog dat de bedden een upgrade zouden kunnen...

'We stayed with 7 people (6 women and one men) in this house. Great garden, and view over the hills. House and beds are fine and Wifi works well. The bikes at the house are oke but don't except high quility. Tires where flat on arrival. And the key broke when I tried to opened it in the city. They charged me quite a lot of money to collect the bike again, by the gardener who was in the house that moment.. On arrival I was surprised the pool was empty. Would be nice if the owner did tell us up...

'We are a group of 12 retired friends traveling first time in Tuscany. Villa Buonamici was the perfect accommodation for us. It is very close to the gate to the walled city center, literally only minutes away. The accommodations were exactly as described. Checkin/out was very easy and convenient. Our trip to Tuscany included stays in four separate locations and Villa Buonamici was by far our favorite. Do yourself a favor and stay at this Villa, you won’t be disappointed.'

'We enjoyed the stay in this house, which is located close to Lucca and only 45 mins away from the beach. The house is good for 3 adult couples + max 2 kids - 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is a part of the living room, separated by a glass sliding door. Unfortunately only very few wardrobes were available but this was ok. 'The villa is really lovely. Giacomo our host was extremely kind and helpful. Plenty of room for the 11 of us girls. You have to really have car as getting taxis as we did was a bit of a challenge. There are no supermarkets close by so a car is essential to buy supplies Some of the beds are a little uncomfortable but the rooms are lovely and very spacious Pisa is less than 20 mins and Lucca is very close too. The restaurant Stefani is a must. Thanks Villa Mari for an amazing holiday!'
