'Wasn’t expecting whole lobby area to be under construction. Also checked in late and tried calling to let them know I wouldn’t be arriving until midnight but couldn’t get anyone on the phone. Just rang and rang and rang. '

'Zeer goed hotel in downtown New York. Vlakbij metro station, vlakbij gratis ferry naar Stateneiland en dus gratis zicht op het Vrijheidsbeeld. Tussen 17:00 en 18:00 gratis borrel voor hotelgasten met goede wijn en fris. Je kan gratis gebruik maken van de faciliteiten van de andere Club Quarters Hotels in de buurt. Een aanrader is het hotel op Washingtonstreet 140, met een dakterras met een waanzinnig uitzicht op het 911 monument. Zeker doen! Zeer aardig personeel.'

'Vriendelijk personeel en zeer behulpzaam. Schone kamers die elke dag een check-up krijgt met op aangeven voldoende handdoeken beschikbaar. Wel een vervelende airco die je in het gezicht blaast als je in bed ligt. Daardoor en verkoudheid opgelopen.En het bed is aan 3 zijden ingebouwd dat een van de 2 personen over de ander in bed moet kruipen Consumpties in de bar zijn wel heel erg stevig aan de prijs.'

'I am amazed on how great this stay was. The staff was beyond friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The thermostat broke one night and immediately they sent someone to fix it. The service was incredible. I traveled with my 9 year old, and husband, and this place was family friendly. Loved it! Would recommend.'

'The location of this hotel is really great and we liked the local vibe of the neighbourhood. Train station, Traders’ Joe and Essex foodmarket are very close. You are also very close to Brooklyn. We liked the water and coffee in the lobby and the staff is very friendly. The only negative thing I can think of are the small beds but we are very tall. '

'This hotel has a nice atmosphere, friendly staff and is nicely located downtown. I stayed there for a week and didn't have any real complaints. There is a nice rooftop, but no rooftop bar, so it's not really a place for socializing. They do free wine & tastes every evening, but of course it depends on the population of the hotel at that time whether that's a nice social experience. During my stay it wasn't. Pity. The WiFi is ok in the lobby but poor in the rooms. There's no wifi on the...

'Super fijn hotel! Vriendelijke staff en op loopafstand van veel toeristische hotspots, ook omringd door stations en winkels. Hotelkamer mag wel een opknapbeurt krijgen. Zeker aan te raden!'
