'Our host, Michelle was very responsive and friendly. The location is one block from the beach. Very nice indeed. The 2 bedroom 2.5 bath was perfect for our family located in a nice neighborhood. There are airbeds if needed. The house was very nice and clean. Restaurants, Starbucks, and markets are walking distance. Thank you Michelle!'

'The place is great, and the location even better. My only con was that the listing is strict about climbing over the rocks to get to the beach by any guests as well as not going onto either neighbors patio ( of which we complied). However, both neighbors used our patio to climb over the rocks to the beach…. So maybe a little less pressure on renters about it. '

'We thoroughly enjoy our stay. Very clean and we had everything we needed. Only complaint os there are no chairs with backs at the table, but there were slated storage bins to sit on. Suggestion for listing, let people know that the eating, living, & kitchen area are on the 2nd floor, and that the bedroom listed with 2 twin beds are both elevated beds with ladders to get to the bed. Great for kids and younger folks. We were a group of seniors that had several people where stairs are difficult....

'It was a charming home with plenty of amenities, perfect for our needs. We loved that there was a garage, as street parking was somewhat limited during our stay. We also loved the modern bathrooms. '

'House was clean and well equipped, spacious and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. We could have used more blankets. We borrowed some from family in the area. House could use a brush up, minor things need attention such as bathroom hooks that were loose, leak under the kitchen sink, loud thumping noise when we ran the washing machine, just general TLC but overall it served us well and location was perfect for us. '

'House is in a perfect location for days spent at the beach, which is just down the street, no driving required. Neighborhood is quiet and it's peaceful enough to sleep with the windows open to enjoy the sea air. The large dining table was enjoyed for every family meal and the home comfortably slept our three generations. The host, Michelle, was incredibly responsive and generous with the flexible check in and check out times.'
