The property and the room was very nicely maintained and the staff friendly and supportive. To use the air conditioning an extra fee would have been required. Recommend, when you get one of the rooms under the roof in the summer.

The only issue was the Wifi. While it did connect, it was slow. The hotel is located close to transportation which makes up for that.

A simple room atheistic - small by North American standards but very clean and well equipped. The staff were outstanding from check in to check out. So helpful and courteous. They even found wine glasses for us to toast my nieces new job!

The Jesmond Dene location is extremely convenient. Only a couple of blocks away from the Kings Cross and St. Pancras train stations which is what we were looking for. The staff was incredibly helpful and extremely kind and nice. We just want to make aware everybody that the rooms are very-very small. We booked two rooms for a family of 2 adults and 2 kids and the rooms - even though were clean are very small. And we only travel with small carry ons and backpacks; I cannot imagine for somebody with large luggage, this won't work. Also, the rooms did not have air conditioning, only fans, so if you travel in summer months I don't know how this will work either. Thankfully the weather during our stay was nice so we did not need AC. The bath/showers are also very tiny, so please plan accordingly. To get to your rooms you will need to climb stairs which are also not wide. The hotel does not have a lobby area, you will need to go to the hotel next door and they will provide you keys to access your building.

Very close to St Pancras/Kings crossing station. Easy access from both Gatwick and Heathrow airport. Convenient to everywhere. Walkable. Safe. Quiet. Windows with double glazed. Tight but great for 4 of us. Great price. Top floor no elevators. Would stay again.

Friendly helpful staff, excellent location right by King's Cross, and clean rooms. We ended up in London a day earlier then we originally expected. They were able to book us into a sister property next door and move our luggage over for us in the middle of the day at no cost. If we were back in the area, we would stay here again.
