Cute and Comfy Cottage
We enjoyed our weekend get away at this lovely, cozy cottage. The location was perfect! The cottage is clean and well stocked. We plan to return in the spring so that we can enjoy the backyard. The host is very responsive and wants to make sure everything is just right.

Absolutely Beautiful!
What an amazing weekend stay we had at Johnathans home. The house was clean and had all the necessary items stocked. We couldn't get over how beautiful the property was. Inside and out just an overall nice experience. Johnathan was helpful and communicative also. Would definitely return for a longer stay!

Cozy and modern
We loved the cozy yet modern vibes of this home, and especially enjoyed using the fireplace during our winter stay. Everything was clean and well considered. The town is close by and very cute. Communication with owner was excellent and super helpful. I would say if you have sensitive to light sleepers, there aren’t blackout shades, and I always appreciate knowing that.

Hope to stay there again
Don’t let the photos fool you. It’s a much bigger space than the listing shows. Great layout. Amazing back yard. Unfortunately couldn’t enjoy the yard and creek as much as we wanted to due to a blizzard (which was beautiful) and it became a little too cold to spend time outside. Perfect location too 10-15 min from bars, restaurants wildlife and stores. 5 stars!

Don't let the outside fool you

Lovely and peaceful
The house was clean, roomy and well appointed. The outdoor seating was nice, especially the swinging basket chairs near the stream. Outdoor lighting in the back yard was nice. It’s near good coffee and good food.

We enjoyed our stay at the cottage. Foliage was at its peak and views were gorgeous. Visited the Warwick Valley Winery (about 1.5 hrs away) and had the best hamburger EVER. Visited Woodstock, which is about 30 minutes away.

This property is stunning. I can't say enough about how comfortable and beautiful the house and property was. The host thought of everything. There were games, fluffy towels, wonderful beds and pillows, drinks like coffee, and even shampoo. It was wonderful. We will be back!

Great country getaway!
This house is super-cute, and exactly as it looks in the photos. Beautiful outdoor space and a nice kitchen. Really appreciated the king sized bed and the smart TV. Super quiet and great for a weekend out of the city, with places to drive to within 10-30 minutes.

Amazing outdoor space!!
The inside is clean and nicely designed and user-friendly. The outside is completely phenomenal! The creek was better than a pool for our kids and the chairs that are in the back are comfortable and clean. The backyard is also nicely designed and includes both relaxation opportunities and a really nice place to sit and eat. We didn’t even get to use the barbecue.

We really enjoyed staying at this house. The interior is just like the pictures. It is clean and comfortable. The backyard was great to just sit and relax while listening to the running water in the stream, not to mention the nearby rooster. My chef husband really liked the grill. This was a great house for our getaway with our friends.

Great place. Relaxing location. Fishing.
Great place to get away. Clean, moderately well equipped, awesome place to relax. Having control over heat in each individual room was great. Bathrooms were good, having a grill was great and the stream was a nice extra. A good place to hang out, relax and fish nearby. 45 mins to West Branch, 20 mins to Beaverkill amd 5 mims to the Willowemoc. Would definately stay here again.

Love the location
Love the location! The backyard creek and wooded surrounding make a great setting. Local town of Livingston Manor is charming and offers great food establishments (Kaaterskill pizza/Bar a must visit). House was aesthetically pleasing, well stocked and very convenient. Cons were mostly minor, we found the couch (futon) uncomfortable and the flooring throughout the house had issues (some soft spots and bumps). The door lock and app was not user friendly and outdoor cameras a turnoff.
