Clifftop Lookout on the Yellowstone - Stunning Views of the Yellowstone River

BRIEF DESCRIPTION: Perched atop a dramatic bluff overlooking the Yellowstone River, just a stone's throw from Livingston, Clifftop Lookout boasts an abundance of cottonwood trees on the property, a forested island across the river, and a breathtaking view of the Absaroka Mountains. A true gem, this property is as close to town as it is special. Open the windows or lounge on the patio and relish the tranquil sounds of the river!

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, this charming abode is equipped to accommodate four guests. The spacious master bedroom, located on the north side of the house, features a plush king bed and an expansive bathroom complete with a shower, a soaking tub, and a large vanity. The second bedroom, situated towards the center of the home, features a comfortable queen bed, with the second bathroom nearby featuring a shower/tub combination. Additionally, the sunroom is located on the south side of the house, features a queen sleeper sofa.

KITCHEN & DINING: The fully equipped kitchen offers ample cabinet space and everything necessary to prepare and serve meals during your stay. It opens to the dining and living area that's complete with a bar that seats three. The dining room table accommodates six.

LIVING ROOM: Curl up in the cozy leather furniture and take in the breathtaking river views from the living area complete with a large flat screen TV and satellite programming for movie nights. On the other end of the house, a second living area/sunroom awaits providing a perfect spot for relaxation with a high top table perfect for games. The patio is just outside the sunroom.

RIVER ACCESS: Please use caution when accessing from the house as the bank is very steep. The recommended access is from Mayors Landing in Livingston.

SETTIING: Clifftop Lookout is situated in one of the best locations in Livingston, with the Yellowstone River flowing right by the backyard and the clifftop perch providing stunning views upriver to the Absaroka Mountains. Take advantage of the outdoor amenities, including a patio with ample seating and a large picnic table perfect for enjoying your meals in the fresh air by the river. Large cottonwood trees offer shade during the day and a propane fire pit provides a cozy spot for evening gatherings.

CLOSEST AIRPORT: The closest airport is Bozeman's Gallatin Field airport, approximately 38 miles away.
