'Very nice place'

'We booked an oceanfront room And the view is amazing, waking up with the view of the ocean was simply breathtaking. The hotel was extremely pet friendly so my dog was welcome to most to the areas of the hotel. The room seems updated and had a mini kitchen area with a mini fridge and microwave. Overall I don’t have any complaints for this hotel.'

'Clean room, however Expedia had it listed as ocean front in which it is not. We were on the 3rd floor.and could barely see the ocean. Fireplace did not work in my room.'

'This is a great family friendly place, location can’t get any better and on the beach. Staff are friendly and helpful. Big shout out to the maintenance department. I feel bad I can’t remember his name, but he was super attentive helped my family out getting the fire pit started and he was so friendly. Rooms are clean and the beds are amazing. My only recommendation is each room should be stocked with a small broom, you tend to track in a lot of sand as you come and go.'

'I sprained my ankle on the uneven ground around the pool that was not easy to see as lighting in the pool was dark as well as the floor was incredibly slippery. Ended up sliding on the ground 10 feet like a an otter and felt thoroughly embarrassed sore . There was no grip tape or anything on the floor to indicate the ledge that was there nor any watch your step sign. I suggest you should make the ledge around the pool, more noticeable for future patrons and add some grip tape on the major...

'When we first entered our room, we noticed that our room was not cleaned after the prior occupants left. The bedding had not been changed, the floor was dirty, the dishes were dirty, the shower had hair in it, and the toilet had urine on it. We know someone was in the room to clean it because the garbage was emptied and the towels, wash rags, and other provided toiletries had been replaced. 'The location was excellent and right on the beach. We stayed in the jetted tub suite and it was spacious and clean. The hotel was a bit dated and the room may benefit from a remodel, but it was clean and well maintained. The windows howled at night with the beach wind, which my daughter wasn't a fan of, but wasn't too bad. The view from the jetted tub to the ocean was great and very relaxing! The office staff was quick to respond to needed assistance when the tv wouldn't work. It was fixed...
