'We started only a night as there were travel mixups so I could not give a full assessment. However it was quite expensive for what we were getting and I did not have a very welcoming experience at Check-in. Again I would say my experience is probable not typical and the hotel is on rye beach so big selling point.'

'The view was spectacular, hotel right on the beach. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful! Breakfast was a continental with bagels and croissants, yogurt, some instant oatmeal, nothing to write home about, but nice. A few added things like fresh baked cookies between 5-7pm. Pool was small but nice.'

'This place is clearly run down, does not appear even close to what is advertised. The room smelled very bad, the floor in the bathroom is pealing up and bubbled (310). Breakfast was a joke, biscuits and gravy with rubber eggs and cardboard sausage. Save your money and book elsewhere.'

'Hotel location and beach access is one of the best in Lincoln city! The room looks like has been renovated not too long ago, but the one bedroom suite layout is really weird. First, the shower is located on the middle of unit with two class walls. It looks really nice, but if you travel with kids or other people besides you, be prepared not to take showers privately! 'Ice machines on all floors out of service, no towels available at all for pool, hot tub or extras for your room. We're told several times they were working on it but never were available. No TV remote in room, eventually got one, room was super hot no ac. Sauna out of service. Stained bed sheets'

'The views are great and that's about where the positives end unfortunately. When booking my stay I was not informed the pool and hot tub were under construction. They did offer a pass to the Rec center but that was not what I was wanting. When I went to the office to ask for extra pillows, the guy at the front desk asked why we needed extra pillows instead of providing any customer service and I walked out with no extra pillows. The unit was spacious, but in rough shape. Very worn and outdated....

'Overall our 2 night stay here was great. The staff were all very friendly and helpful! The location is perfect and I loved the ample parking. But the cleanliness of our room was not done thoroughly in my opinion. There were also 2 side doors on the 1st floor that were broken so you can’t use your room key to get in and were kept propped open all day with a rock. They were kept closed and locked at night so after a certain time you have to go through the main entrance. But overall a pleasant...

'Gorgeous views! The staff were very friendly and helpful! Thank you Amber, Cari, and crew! Early check in was not an option but they were happy to issue our parking pass and we were able to enjoy the beach and property until our room was ready. Parking was directly in front of the rooms making it very easy two bring stuff back and forth. They are very pet friendly and there were multiple areas nearby for our dog to relieve himself. We will be back!'

'The room was fine, but you had to hold down the handle on the toilet for it to flush properly, and the sink would explode on you when you tried to turn on the sink! Oh and the fan in the bathroom does not work when showering!!'
