The Space

A full 1500+ sq/ft home all for you!

Beautiful corner lot with double deck in front (access to top deck via Door wall), deck on rear, stamped concrete patio on east side of home. 2 bedrooms (queen beds in each) and 1 upstairs loft area with beautiful twin day bed. Also, two sofas in and near living room. Central Air Conditioning throughout the home !!!!!!

Guest Access

Weber Propane Grill, 1 person OCEAN Kayak, ceramic fire pit on rear (please note Wood for fire pit is NOT included so please bring your own) stamped concrete patio, 6 person outdoor dining table with padded chairs and umbrella.

Interaction with Guests

You can call or text me at any time. I will try to be there to greet you (if time permits). If not there will be a lock box with a code (provided prior to arrival).

The Neighborhood

Michigan's version of cape cod....small town with great shops, marina, beaches, and park.

Getting Around

Walk right into town. Central location so everything is within blocks.

We are centrally located in the village. We are a block from the beach. There is another public access two blocks down, at the end of Lake St and Old Orchard Bluff, with a very nice beach area. The DNR Boat Launch is at the end of Boynton St, and the Marina is at the end of Huron Ave. The Patrick Tierney Park entrance is located at the end of Simons St. The Park has a long stretch of sandy beach, playground equipment, picnic area and the break wall to walk. 4 short blocks to the Lexington Village Theatre.

Other Things to Note

Pet fee is in addition and is $150 per pet for entire length of stay. In short, one dog is $150 for the entirety of your stay.

2 Queen beds, 1 Twin day bed. Also, the home has 2 sofas in livingroom and 1 small sofa in upstairs loft area. The living room sofas can be used for smaller guests such as children (that is what we do when we stay with our family...I have 3 yound kids).

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the house! It was a short 4-5 min walk from the beach and downtown. We walked almost everywhere. The house was very nice and clean. The yard and patio were really nice as well.

The home was in a great location. Everything was within walking distance. The home was very clean, nice spacious backyard where our dog could run and play, and lots of beach stuff in the grage to use. We couldn't get the t v to work, but when we contacted the host, he contacted us back right away and we were able to make it. Overall we had a great time!!

Our 10-day visit to the Lexington Michigan area went well, this property was perfectly located, clean and comfortable during our stay. We, too, own a cottage in the area that we short term rent and we treated this home as we hope our tenants treat ours during their stay. The outside space is well done too! I will rent again!

Beautiful Lake House is Waiting
This is our second week-long stay here, since we enjoyed the first stay so much, and it won't be our last. The house had everything we needed; it is very spacious and comfortable. Lexington is a really cute lakeside vacation spot with shops, restaurants, and the harbor on Lake Huron. The house is in a quiet residential section of town, but we could walk to everything. The propery is fenced-in and private with a nice patio.

Loved the location of the home. It was close to town but also quiet. It was just what I needed in regards to room. The fireworks in town was the icing to the cake. The patio was perfect for morning coffee while listening to the birds.The owner had amazing communication throughout the visit. My pup also loved all the grass. Overall, it was a great time!

Peaceful family vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. This property was perfectly located. We walked downtown multiple times and the harbor, the pier, and of course the beach (daily!). My only complaint would be some lacking provisions in the kitchen. We made do (and chose to use disposable plates and cutlery to save on dishwashing), but it would be nice to have a bit more silverware. That's a pretty minor complaint! We had a great time and are hoping to return to Lexington in the future.

My husband and adult children had a wonderful stay at Steve’s Lexington house. The location in town was fantastic, and the house and yard were just as nice, If not nicer, than we thought they would be. The communication with Steve was simple and prompt. We definitely plan to stay again!
