I had an Expedia confirmation and Marriott would not honor it because they were sold out. Marrott just simply put up their hands and said I don’t understand why Expedia would have available rooms. I don’t know who fault it is but the communication needs to improve between the hotel and this website. They did not even offer to help find another hotel. I had to scramble and make another reservation. It was most difficult since it was bike week. By the way, Expedita charged me for both stay even though Marriott did not acknowledge my reservations. After over an hour on the phone with Expedia, I finally got a credit back.
