UNIT 3321 - Luxury Villa at Island Resort with Amazing Panoramic Lakefront Views

Relax on the patio and watch the sunset over the waters of Lake Travis from our lakefront villa at The Island on Lake Travis. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps 6 people, has been fully remodeled in 2021 and offers unobstructed panoramic lake and hill country views from a top floor corner setting with all the comforts of home. The villa has a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, fireplace, washer/dryer, open living/dining area with queen sleeper sofa, high speed WiFi, and 3 HDTVs with cable service and Blu-ray DVD players. There is also a Sound Bar in the living room that you can connect to by Bluetooth and play your favorite music. The master bedroom features a king size bed with large en suite bathroom that has a walk-in shower and Jacuzzi tub. It also has direct patio access with lakefront views. The guest bedroom has a spacious king size bed and an adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.

The outdoor patio has comfortable seating for 6 people (with bistro height chairs for better views), a propane grill, and arguably the premier location
within the resort if you like sunsets and panoramic views. If you enjoy relaxing on a beautiful lakefront setting at a resort with more on-site amenities than any other on the north shore of Lake Travis, then this villa is the right spot for you.

Welcome to The Island On Lake Travis, an elegant condo complex that offers luxurious Lake Travis waterfront accommodations located on a 14-acre island. This gated resort offers condos for rent whether it be long or short term. A very unique aspect about our property is each condo is done to individual owners taste.

The Island on Lake Travis is the perfect spot to enjoy a relaxing romantic escape, and enjoy wildlife and breathtaking sunset views over the lake.
There are plenty of local attractions to explore to keep you busy if you are looking for something fun and exciting to do. Take a day trip to Marble Falls or Fredericksburg, check out one of the 18 hole golf courses nearby, or enjoy a wine tasting at a Flat Creek Winery!
When you rent from North Shore Vacation Rentals, you can expect top-notch customer service, and dedication to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Each of our condo's come with a fully equipped kitchen and linens for the bedrooms and baths. Covered Parking is on ground level with reserved parking, and additional "guest" spaces as well. There are 5 elevators on property.

We provide our guests with check in information prior to their arrival, which will include the front gate code, assigned parking spaces, directions to the condo and door code for added convenience. (Front Desk Check-In is not required, and allows guests to arrive and access condo late at night if necessary).

Great corner unit - fabulous view
We were two couples for 4 days. Condo was comfortable and spacious, well appointed. Keyless entry made check- in easy, good instructions e-mailed. Only issue we had was trying to reach a person at the property to coordinate delivery of an emergency medical shipment. Finally goghled the resort and found a phone number and reached a real person. The property management company was not answering on a Monday morning after 10 a.m. and the answering service was only there

The condo is beautiful and has an incredible view and sunsets. I do have some suggestions for the condo. 1) providing a window and a general purpose cleaner. We had nothing to wipe the glass table, stove top and counters. Also some sponges. 2) providing more than just 1 garbage bag. 3) the front loader washer door was shut so it smelled really musty, clean out the rubber seal. 4) it would be nice to have some plastic cups in the unit as it’s a $1000 fine to bring glass to the pool. We flew into Austin so we’re not able to bring swim towels, cleaning products, plastic glasses etc. Not a lot was provided such as tissues and above mentioned items. Overall it was a beautiful place to stay.

Incredible....
Wife and I needed a quick getaway... played golf about 1 mile away with incredible views, the deer running around was a unique thing to see, and the condo was better than described. We will definitely keep this place in mind for another quick getaway.

Spectacular View!
This unit is beautifully furnished, has everything you need and most of all, has the best panoramic view of the water, since it is the furthest part of the building jetting out and from the top floor. There are no neighboring balconies on either side. The property is peaceful and quiet with deer. We were able to enjoy many of the amenities on the property as well as jet skiing and the floating obstacle course on the lake with our teenage boys. Everyone loved it. Highly recommend-

The unit was just as pictured. Wonderful views. Great communication with owner. Very quiet and peaceful. This is a great unit, top floor, in a corner so balcony is private, overlooking the Lake. My group has decided to stay at this unit again.

Loved the place.. the views were spectacular and the deer walking around the property were unbelievable. We rented a boat and had a wonderful time on the water. The place we stayed was lovely. The floors could have been cleaned better, mainly the kitchen and under bed in master, but overall was a nice place. Thank y’all for a wonderful stay!

Great Vacation!
We couldn't have been more pleased with everything about this vacation rental. The first thing we judge a place by is how comfortable the beds are and these beds were perfect! The condo was clean, everything worked perfectly, and the furniture was comfy. We had a fantastic view of the lake. It was so quiet and peaceful. We were able to get some much needed rest. One thing we particularly enjoyed were the tame deer. We even saw a little bambi. I also enjoyed walking through the courtyards it was so beautiful. We would like to stay here again for sure!

The condo was perfect for my family of three. The condo was clean, had modern decor, and plenty of kitchenware for anything you needed to cook. The beds were very comfortable and loved that they had ceiling fans. The best part was the outdoor space as has amazing views! We did not have one issue during our visit. Would highly recommend.

This condo is awesome! The view from the patio is wonderful! Looks like you are right over the lake. The condo is decorated very nicely, toiletries are provided, lots of towels and blankets and cable TV. The kitchen is well stocked. The outdoor pool and hot tub is also very nice. Restaraunts are at least 15 minutes away or more. So we stocked up on food and cooked at the condo. Also has a beach area where you can hang out and swim in the lake. Check in and check out process was very easy. We will definitely stay here again.

This is a corner unit on the Island and offers amazing 180+ degree views of the lake. The kitchen is well appointed with whatever you might need. Cable TV in each room. We were wanting for nothing! The owner was extremely responsive to minor issues that arose, and had a maintenance person on-site within a few hours. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

Amazing View!
We thoroughly enjoyed our family get together! The views were exactly as promised and we were also able to enjoy the pool. We prepared all of our meals here, and had seating for 6 on the balcony to enjoy the meals . The grill on the balcony was very convenient!! The one suggestion I would make, is fans on the balcony would be so nice!

Rough beginning but worked out well
The check-in process was rough. We arrived at 4:30 and housekeeping was still there. The room was not ready until 6 pm. It was very disappointing as we were all tired and hot from our travels. It was not contactless as we had hoped. Then the AC unit had to be reset and a portable until had to be brought in to cool the master bedroom. The temperature finally went below 75 in the early morning hours. After the initial inconvenience the rest of the vacation went well.

Hot getaway
The condo was great. Perfect for what we needed. Wish the pool was open earlier and later, but we understand things are different now, everywhere. Other people were totally respectful of covid rules. The Island is well maintained and one issue with an elevator was addressed immediately. The kitchen was well stocked and we used it for several meals. My only suggestions would be for ceiling fans in the bedrooms and some additional towels would be nice. The weather was perfect, although blazing hot from early am until late..no cooling off. There are TONS of deer all around and we loved seeing them. We loved our stay and will be back another time.
