'Notre chambre était située au 3ème étage sans ascenseur. Aucune séparation entre le lavabo et la chambre. Les WC étaient exigus, pas de porte juste un rideau à tirer. Aucune table de travail. Décoration bricolée, multiprises, planches en bois visées et peintes avec maladresse et désinvolture. A éviter absolument sauf pour amateurs de cabanes en bois. '

'uitstekende service en accommodatie minpunten zijn het ontbijt : 2 formules - onze gewoontes bij 5 sterren is all in - confituur en croissant is typisch frans ( formule 17€) - maar een beetje pauper in een 5 sterren. de pannenkoeken bij de duurdere formule niet geslaagd noch de crêpes noch de pancakes.. keuken is niet voorzien op uitgebreide ontbijtformule ook diner in restaurant op 1 avond was tegenvaller : witlof nietgenoeg gebakken en coquilles st jacques teveel - keuken is blijkbaar niet...

'Beautifully decorated in a Alpine style, with much attention to detail. Excellent food, including the famous chocolaterie. Excellent rooms and bathrooms. The only negative is that if you have a room giving to the front, you may be woken up by loud voices - usually young people coming out of nightclubs. '
