Near the port, 800m from the beaches of LeTréport and Mers les Bains, the funicular and the new nautical center of the two cliffs, T3 of 55m, 3 *, comfortable, located on the ground floor of a residence, no steps , 1 lobby, 1 dining room with open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom (water softener) and separate toilet, parquet floor and tiles. Suitable for the entire family with children, the set is also accessible to people with reduced mobility. Parking inside the residence accessible by remote control. Open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and microwave, washing machine, TV, refrigerator ... Meals to take swift at the bar or table in the room. Cookware for 2x6 persons adapted to different needs. Electric heating. 1 children's room with bunk beds, 1 adult room with double bed and 1 sofa bed for 2 adults in the room. The whole is protected with duvets and pillows but come with sheets, pillowcases and towels house, or rent.

Avantage de cette location ,un parking privé (sachant que la majorité des places a extérieurs est payante) ,un grands lits de 160 , touts les appareils nécessaires ,accueillants très sympathique , le bémol la taille du frigo (petit) avec un simple freezer ,vous avez un magasin carrefour market a proximite (5mn de marche),

Comme à la maison

L'appartement est très confortable, propre, la literie de très bonne qualité. Il ne manque rien. Pas d'escaliers, un parking fermé, le top.L'emplacement est super, à 5 minutes à pieds des bars et restaurants . Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques. Ils nous ont indiqué les lieux à visiter. Je vous le recommande.

La Normandie et la mer

Séjour super agréable. Propriétaires très sympa attentifs à nos besoins et dispensant leurs conseils sans compter. Généreuse attention: une bouteille de cidre fermier nous attendait au frigo. Situation très pratique et parking sécurisé ce qui est un plus dans ce quartier très fréquenté mais néanmoins très calme proche du port et de toutes les activités de vacances. Très beau temps sans pour cela atteindre la canicule du Sud. Tout était super et conforme à l'annonce. Nous reviendrons volontiers. Merci aux propriétaires de nous avoir fait connaître leur Département et leur Région.

L'appartement est très bien situé et il y a une place de parking privé et sécurisé par une barrière. On est proche du port. Nous avons pu faire beaucoup de chose a pied. L'appartement est conforme à la description sur le site et le propriétaire est top.

4 jours au Tréport

Notre séjour s'est très bien passé grâce à localisation parfaite de la location : pas besoin de prendre la voiture qui est restée dans le parking de la résidence. Une large documentation est mise à disposition par le propriétaire et l'office de tourisme est juste à côté. Et pour parfaire l'accueil, une bouteille de cidre offerte à notre arrivée.

Appartement très propre , bien situé et très bien équipé , accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Le + est le parking privé de la résidence qui est très calme, cependant changer la baignoire pour mettre une douche serait le top!

close to the harbour, nice place to stay

We had a good stay in le Treport. With kids you have to look a bit at what to do, we had a trip to chateau Rambures which we recommend (our kids are ages 5 , 8 and 10). The 3 kids, one slept on a little mat we brought in the kids bedroom, the 2 others in the bunkbed, you can make it work. The sofa doesnt seat 5 people , but for a week or so it is big enough to have a good time. Everything is in French... so its good to speak at least some. The tourist train in Treport was all in French too, so maybe ask before hopping on. If you like eating fresher than fresh fish and watching the sea, and just relaxing, this is a good spot. There´s a nice playground by the sea in 10 min walk, and when we were there there were some things like a big carassousel near the sea. Then, there are little shops (broccante) if you like that, and just nice little towns all around to visit. We visited Ault, which is nice too and Criel-sur-Mer (beautiful ´stoney´ beach - bring water shoes, there´s a lot of rocks in the water too! there´s a playground here too. You need to drive down a somewhat steep slope though.) Friendly owner, that I understood mostly, my French is not that good....

Très bon séjour.

Nous avons été très bien accueilli. Le logement dispose de tout ce que nous avons besoin et est très bien équipé (lave vaisselle, machine à laver, et même un adoucisseur d'eau!). Le logement est à 10 min à pied de la zone très fréquenté du Tréport. La place de parking sécurisée est vraiment un plus.

Bien mais...

La location est conforme au site et agréable. Cependant le propriétaire se réserve le droit de garder le chèque de caution tant qu'il n'est pas payé par Abritel. Ce qui n'est pas conforme à la fonction d'une caution. L'accueil n'est pas désagréable malgré cela, mais une réserve est posée... A l'avenir, je ne pense pas faire affaire à nouveau avec ce propriétaire.
