'Nice location, right under the train station neighborhood. Close to the lake and city center. Rooms are nice and cozy, staff is nice although the cleaning ladies did make a lot of noise chatting in the hallway. There is a parking downstairs (car elevator, pretty cool), limited amount of space and pretty tight when it’s full but very handy. This hotel is great for a short stay in Lausanne.'

'Noise! No way to sleep here. The waste pipes from above run behind the bathroom wall with no insulation, it like multiple showers and toilets flushed all night. Nice room but with no sleep I will never come back here. No one at checkout asking how the accommodation was or willing to listen. '

'Ik kwam aan bij hotel om 10 uur in de ochtend. Ik mocht pas vanaf 15 uur gebruik maken van mijn kamer wat voor mij niet de optie was. Daarvoor moest ik mijn kamer upgraden naar executive suit voor 50 euro en ook nog 30 euro betalen voor early checkin. De kamer stonk. Er was gedurende twee dagen slechte geur in mijn kamer. De kamer was bovendien klein en er waren weinig tekens van "executive suit". Service was ok. Ik zou deze hotel niet aanraden en zelf ook niet boeken.'
