'We paid a lot to stay in this villa in half term and on arrival there was a bad smell of sewage in the downstairs toilet which we reported that day. The sewage smell proceeded to get worse throughout the week particularly into the en-suite of the bedroom next door. We reported the smell daily and nothing was done. Then raw sewage came up into the shower tray ( which had obviously happened before) and we were told not to use any bathrooms on that side of the house meaning one en-suite bathroom...

'Sehr schönes Haus in ruhiger Lage. Wir haben uns in diesem sehr modernen und gut ausgestatteten Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und hat sofort geantwortet. '

'The location was great—easy walk to beach and restaurants. It was also a good jumping off point to explore the island. It was nice having free parking for our rental car and it wasn’t far from the airport. This property has the air of a traditional Spanish home with blue shutters and doors. It would have been nice to have longer hot water for the shower. '

'Well equipped house in quiet neighbourhood. Comfortable rooms, and great to be able to relax in the sunshine and swim every day. Loved watching people play Padel and tennis at the club next door, and fun to be able to play ourselves on our court too. Had some lovely meals in restaurants locally - people all friendly and helpful too. The botanical gardens nearby are worth a visit, and lots to do elsewhere on the island too, although you definitely need a car to get about. Really enjoyed our week,...

'Die Unterkunft ist toll. Das Haus ist alt, hat aber Charakter. Die Ausstattung ist gut und bequem. Die Lage im Erdgeschoss ist etwas dunkel, dafür hat man aber eine schöne Terrasse inmitten eines wundervollen alten gepflegten Garten. Das üppige Grün überrascht und man kann dort wunderbar relaxen. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und reagieren sofort. Bei Problemen wird in kürzester Zeit Abhilfe geschaffen. Wem Maspalomas und Ferienanlagen zu laut und zu quirlig sind findet hier den perfekten...

'The property was well equipped and had everything we needed to enjoy a lovely week here on Gran Canaria. Victor was very helpful and communicative and we enjoyed our stay. The pool and the jacuzzi were fantastic and it was an ideal property for our family holiday.'
