Campbells Cottage by Tiny Away is located in Lalbert, a small farming town located just 2 hours away from Bendigo. A city known for its gold-rush history, top-notch galleries, and modern cuisine. The area is not far from Swan Hill, which is well-known for its stone fruits and wineries.
What's more, the Swan Hill Food and Wine Festival takes place every year in March, is another popular event that our vacationers enjoy.

Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surrounding areas, except the shed. Keep in mind that mobile network signal is good for Telstra and Vodafone only. Optus has a weak signal. If you are interested, we also have pre-orders listed below by prior arrangement with the host 24 hrs before arrival.
- Firewood costs $10.00 per wheelbarrow to be paid directly to the land host

By public transport: There is a train from Melbourne to Swan Hill. Taxis are also available in Swan Hill, but property is 31 minutes out of town.
Other Things to Note:
- WiFi is available
- No smoking allowed on the property
- No unregistered guests or visitors are allowed
- An occasional long silo train goes through in the middle of the night
- You may encounter a few rabbits around and the occasional fox at night
- Given the rural setting, children are welcome under close adult supervision
- Mobile network signal is good for Telstra and Vodafone only. Optus has a weak signal.
- Don’t forget to close the windows and lock doors when leaving the tiny house/ property
- Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and electronics (e.g., especially chargers)
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge.
Important note:
- You may see a few rabbits and foxes occasionally at night
- Please expect a bit of train noise or rumbling sound at night
- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain the [compost/cassette] toilets and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
