'It could have been better. The location and price met our needs for a last minute solution for a trip to meet up with friends nearby. The place was charming but run down. The walls had many holes and scuffs that could have easily been fixed with spackle and a coat of paint. The fireplace/thermostat didn’t work until the last night we stayed. There was black mold on window sills and on the bathroom ceiling. The carpeting was dingy and the sofa needed cleaning. Overall the look of the place could...

'Renee’s property was great, right on the outside of the village, away from all the foot traffic. Everything (bars/ restaurants/ shopping) within 5-7 minute walk. 2 hot tubs are very spacious, we never had issues finding space in them after a day on the slopes. The lifts are right outside the building, would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thanks for all of the great recommendations while we were in town- it was an A trip!'

'We stayed here for a long weekend and it was everything perfect! Kirsten was the best host, and the house was in perfect conditions - clean, with enough space, and with everything we needed. We went skiing and used the free shuttle - so useful!'

'This is a great unit. Very spacious. The beds are very comfortable. Only criticism is that the couch is oriented in a way that makes viewing the TV awkward. The fenced backyard and proximity to the groomed winter walking path makes this an ideal property for travelers with dogs. Location is convenient to Palisades and Tahoe City, We definitely would stay here again.'
