« We loved this place and it was exactly what we needed. We stopped here to rest overnight in the middle of a long trip. We didn't have pets but noted the owner provided dog water and food bowls and even toys for dogs. I'm impressed. The place was cozy, quiet and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. »

« We had a great stay at the Tea Cup Cottage. It shares the property with the owner’s house, but the cottage is completely detached and very private. The cottage is newly built, very well appointed and clean, and very comfortable. Easy walk to downtown and everything historic Summerville has to offer, but also a full kitchen with the necessities to cook in should you choose to. We highly recommend the Tea Cup Cottage! »

« The cottage was conveniently located and as advertised. Only 1 lamp was suitable for reading. I had reserved the cottage for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, I contracted covid and a winter storm warning was issued. At that point I opted to leave after 16 days and drive home. It did in fact snow and people were forced to stay in their homes for 2-3 days. I realize host/owners are not responsible for weather nor are they required to reimburse guests for unused days. I did ask if I could be comped 2-3...
