Close to the two Towers, the sea, close to the city center, the old port, the media library, the aquarium, the tourist office. SNCF train station 600 meters away. Beach 1.5 km away. Sea bus, bike station, very close. Inter-island cruises Fort Boyard, Ile D'Aix. Airport 3 km. Shops close to the building. Many restaurants. You can do everything on foot, stroll along the seafront, beach, visits (aquarium, media library, museums, etc.). Many cycle paths, seaside and others. Holiday checks accepted. Internet access.

Beautiful location in an ancient city
Location was located in the habour of La rochelle and have a beautiful view over the habour.The appartment is nice and clean. The balkonknie is small for more then two person, but perfect for two to eat there meals with that beautiful view. Except towels and bed sheets every thing is available in the appartment. You feel secure in the appartment. The parking spot is in a garagebox in the underground complex parking area. This need some skills to park.The area in and around La Rochelle gives enough daytrips the see the area. The appartment is worth to visit again.

prachtige lokatie !!
Mooi, proper appartementje. Garage was super en veilig. Hebben de auto heel de week niet gebruikt, alles met de fiets. Mooie fietspaden langs de kust. Vriendelijke eigenaars. Het gezellige centrum ligt op loopafstand. Zeker een aanrader!!

smaakvol ingericht appartement met fantastisch uitzicht !
Zeer gastvrije ontvangst, schoon en uitgebreide voorraad van gebruiksvoorwerpen zoals servies, bestek, pannen etc. Aan te bevelen voor 2 volwassenen en bijv. 2 kinderen voor in het stapelbed. De meeste dingen allemaal te voet te bereiken en de auto kan in de garage.....

Petite semaine agréable à La Rochelle
Petit appartement très bien situé à La Rochelle, proche du port et du centre-ville permettant l'accès à toutes les activités proposées par la ville (à pied ou à vélo : le Bunker, l'aquarium...). Hôtes agréables et disponibles, pleins de bons conseils. À recommander !

Week in La Rochelle
Beautiful apartment in great location close to the town centre and many restaurants. M &Mme Thomas were wonderful hosts, meeting us at the station and advising on the local amenities. The parking garage at the property will only accommodate a small car, so beware if you plan on renting a vehicle to tour the area. We would be happy to return in the future

Idéal pour parcourir La Rochelle à pied.
Accueil par les sympathiques propriétaires, appartement parfaitement équipé, grande proximité du centre ville par deux passerelles piéton. Garage fermé en sous sol, vue agréable sur le vieux bassin des chalutiers. Prévoir de quitter la rocade par la sortie direction les Minimes pour pouvoir accéder à l'appartement car il n'est pas facile de passer par le centre en voiture...

Si proche de tout!
Pour: idéal pour la belle saison, location proche du centre mais aussi du port, des plages du sud, équipement vraiment complet et détaillé. Le garage est un énorme plus. Les hôtes sont charmants et impeccablement professionnels. Si vous aimez admirer les bateaux, ce logement est le meilleur de La Rochelle! Contre: une climatisation (réversible) fait cruellement défaut. L'hiver, le chauffage électrique basique manque de confort et le kW/h grimpe vite car facturé au plus cher. Pas de vraie douche.

Wir haben eine sehr, sehr schöne Urlaubswoche in der Wohnung bzw in La Rochelle verbracht. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr zentral, das Stadtzentrum verbunden mit allen Sehenswürdigkeiten ist bequem fußläufig zu erreichen und die Aussicht aus der Wohnung ist auch toll! Das Besitzer-Ehepaar hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles rund um die Wohnung genau erklärt. Die Wohnung selber ist hervorragend ausgestattet mit wirklich allem, was man braucht, wir haben nichts vermisst. Und auch die Sauberkeit der Wohnung und des Inventars ist sehr gut, alles ist sehr ordentlich und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Wir freuen uns auf weitere Urlaube in dieser Unterkunft

Tout simplement exceptionnel !
Nous avons séjourné pour une seconde fois dans cet appartement. Et que dire ? Hormis qu'encore une fois nous avons pris plaisir d'y être. Nous avons eu un accueil très chaleureux de la part des propriétaires que nous avons été plus que ravis de retrouver au bout de 4 ans. Mr et Mme THOMAS sont très sensibles au bien-être/demandes/attentes de leurs hôtes ce qui est de plus en rare. Un grand MERCI pour cela. Concernant l’appartement, il est tout simplement TOP en tout point. Il est d’une propreté irréprochable et nous pouvons vous dire que nous sommes très pointilleux sur ce point et encore plus depuis l’épisode COVID. Il est très bien équipé. Nous avons eu plaisir de prendre nos repas sur le balcon avec une vue directement sur le port et l’aquarium de la Rochelle. Le gros plus est le parking ce qui est rare dans les locations. Immeuble calme et voisinage agréable. Pour ce qui est de l’environnement, nous avons absolument pu tout faire à pied (aller au centre, cinéma, les courses, la salle de sport ouverte 7/7-24h/24h, restaurant…). Sinon, des bateaux taxis (des passeurs) sont disponibles à moins de 2 minutes de l’appartement ainsi que des vélos de la ville. Le quartier est très sécurisant peu importe l’heure. Pour conclure, nous avons passé un agréable séjour ensoleillé et nous sommes repartis avec l’ultime conviction de revenir mais cette fois-ci nous n’attendrons pas 4 ans 😉. Vacances inoubliables dans ce magnifique appartement propre, décoré avec goût, lumineux et idéalement situé. La résidence est sécurisée et le garage est vraiment un plus non négligeable.
