Completely Renovated PGA West (Stadium Course) - Lic #259026

Our 2 bed 2 bath vacation home is situated within a gated community on the 12th hole of the famous PGA West Stadium Course; one of the top 100 golf courses in the world (Golf Magazine) and the 4th toughest course in America (Golf's Digest).

The condo is a single level 1350 sq. ft. unit with an open floor plan fully updated with brand new furniture and appliances. Additional renovations include new 12x24 tile, recessed lighting, quartz counter tops, maple cabinets, new bathroom vanities, shower tile. Everything is new!

Our vacation home is also unique in that we provide Cal King beds in each bedroom as well as an upgraded sports cable package.

The dining room has seating for 6. The living room has vaulted ceilings, a 50” HD flat screen TV and high speed Wi-Fi. Everything you will need to sit back and relax. The newly remodeled kitchen has plenty of prep space and is fully equipped for any cook, including a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer with filtered water and ice dispenser, oven, microwave, gas stove, dishwasher and coffee maker.

There is a patio located off the living room with a table and 4 chairs for your morning coffee as well as two large lounge chairs to relax and watch some golf.

The Master suite has a King Bed, spacious bathroom with a soaker tub, additional closet for extra storage and new dual sink vanity. The master bedroom has its own patio, which is nicely located on the back side of the home overlooking the 12th fairway of the TPC stadium course.

The 2nd bedroom also includes a King bed with a view of the courtyard. The 2nd full bathroom is connected to the guest room but also accessible via the hallway. There is a large closet and a brand new dresser providing plenty of space for an extended stay.

A golfer's paradise! TPC Stadium course is one of the three public courses within PGA West. You can check out my other completely renovated properties #4055434 & #4015492 also within the Stadium community of PGA West.

La Quinta has many Zagat Rated restaurants and bars, with live music. And you are never far away from the many other choices offered along El Paseo, (the Rodeo Drive of Palm Desert), for both shopping, restaurants and works of art.

Lovely accommodation. Very clean, nicely stocked in the kitchen from cookware, dishware and enough condiments to get you started. Much appreciated. Comfy bed and nice quality linens. Our family had a great stay. The unit was very clean, the owner was very informative, check in was a breeze, the kitchen was well outfitted, the view from the patio was spectaculars, the pool was very close and an added plus was a lemon tree just off the patio.

We really enjoyed our stay in Ken’s home on the Stadium Course. The unit was extremely clean, updated and very comfortable. It has all the essentials you need for either a short or extended stay. The patio gets warm sun most of the day and it’s just a few steps to the community pool. We hope to be back again.

Lovely Golf Getaway
The condo was perfect for me and my husband, for a 6 day golf trip. Exactly as advertised. The sunrise view is amazing. We enjoyed the pool as well. Felt secure in the Stadium gated community. Ken was very responsive. Bed was comfortable, as were the couches. Would definitely stay again!

I initially booked a place with Ken but unfortunately he had to canceled it however Ken was so helpful that he kept in touch with me and send me other options until this place that we absolutely love it. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was great that the house had a pull out bed as well to fit the 5th person that we had. The owner was very responsive and helped us with getting visitor to the house. The unit is located inside a gated community with security guards so it was safe. As expected with any golf community around there the gardeners starts their day pretty early so you might hear some lawn mowers going in the early morning but not a big deal.

The condominium was located in a gated community on gulf course with breathtaking Mountain View’s.
My family and I were very pleased with our stay at this condominium. The living room had nice floor to ceiling windows, which brought in the outside views. Bedrooms were spacious and very nice. We were amazed by the tranquility of calmness of the neighborhood, which enabled us to relax and recharge before going back to our very busy lives. Ken, the owner was super nice about communicating the information to us and was very pleasant to deal with. We would definitely vacation here again, highly recommend it.

Fantastic rental! Clean, well stocked, great proximity to golf, restaurants, and shopping!
This is the best property we have experienced in Palm Springs. Especially if you love golfing, great food, and shopping at your fingertips. Ken and Merideth are gracious hosts, proactive communicators, and even treated us to a day of golf on private PGA golf course. We will be back again!

Perfect Home Away from Home!!
We could not have been more impressed with this Condo! Completely comfortable with beautiful views and pool steps away. From the moment we booked it we heard from the owner with all information and private numbers for questions should we have any. My wife even had several questions regarding amenities, and we heard back immediately. It was almost like dealing with friends. It was 100% seamless and enjoyable. We look forward to visiting this property again next year.

This condo is extremely clean and well looked after.
We needed to spend a week in Indio area and chose PGA and were fortunate to find this condo on the golf course. The condo has obviously been updated recently and was a pleasure to stay in such a nice unit.
