'Both hotel manager and restaurant manager provided us a super nice service before and during our stay. The hotel manager Julie had offered her sincere help for our logistics to hotel and even we arrived late at hotel, the restaurant manager was provided us a warm welcome with delicious dishes after our long hours drive. The restaurant food and suna is amazing. The staff attitude to help and think for their customers are much appreciated '

'Kleine kamers maar met goede douche. (zeker kamers gelijkvloers). Goed restaurant met aanvaardbare kwaliteit. Goed ontbijt. Veel faciliteiten (zwembad, sauna, squash), maar wel op kleine oppervlakte. Goed ontbijt. Goede parkeergelegenheid. Vlotte bereikbaarheid(in dal, waar klim naar La Plagne begint of richting Bourg Saint-Maurice). Met actie, goede prijs/kwaliteit. Goed voor een kort verblijf.'

'Tres agreable sejour chez Serges et Kery son epouse. Je venais voir mon fils er ma belle fille qui travaillent à Bourg Saint Maurice. Ne trouvant rien sur Bourg, j ai trouvé la Maison Caramel à Landry à 8km de Bourg. Landry est tres bien desservi sur Bourg par la N90 et c est en plus un joli spot pour pleins de randonnées. L accueil de Serges et Kery fut top, l endroit joli (pourtant j ai eu pluie, neige et brouillard🙂) et le gite confortable. '

'I have not many good things to say about this "hotel". We, 2 adults, booked a cabin for 6 people. After arriving at the cabin it became clear that the photo's on the different websites (including the website of the hotel itself) do not match with the actual room you will get. We returned to the reception to check if we indeed got the room we booked. It turned out that the photo you see on the website if you book a room for 6 people actually is a 8 person cabin. 'The contact information for the property on Expedia is incorrect, meaning we were unable to contact the hotel to book parking. I contacted Expedia several times and eventually got a number for the hotel, but by then the parking was full. On arrival at resort the key collection details from Expedia were totally wrong and the location for collecting the keys didn’t exist. 'Het was wel even zoeken naar de receptie want die bevind zich op de 4e etage en niet op de begane grond. Maar verder hier een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het is wel een heel groot complex. Wij zaten op de 7e etage met een geweldig uitzicht op het dal. Grote schone kamers en badkamer. Veel keuze bij ontbijt en diner. Wijn en water is inclusief. Bij de accommodatie zijn diverse winkels.
