'Fantastic property with excellent property manager who was extremely helpful - cannot recommend this property highly enough!'

'We arrived around 8:30PM and got inside from Garage door. At 11PM someone showed up without any previous introduction to collect deposit. Although he was very nice and polite, we were shaken a bit. the security is a big issue as it is very inconsistent and sometimes our guest waited 30 minutes before they could get in. you have to provide a copy of passport for yourself and all your guests even the locals who are visiting you. some cars could get in without any stop and some went through a lot...

'Our host was amazing! Adeel went over and beyond to accommodate us in every way. He sourced cars for our entire trip at a great rate and even went out his way to help us with a return. All of our orders he helped coordinate by communicating for us due to the language barriers. He also was extremely responsive at all times. Over all a great host and he made this experience in Dubai 10x better. The home is as pictured and the location is perfect for a group who wants to get the best of Dubai.'

'Appartement zeer ruim en heerlijk zwembad. Medewerkers van de receptie en dan met name Rutendo zijn ontzettend aardig en behulpzaam. Rutendo heeft ons enorm geholpen aangezien wij per ongeluk een koffer hadden laten staan en zij ontzettend veel moeite heeft gedaan om ons te helpen met de verzending naar ons toe. Niks was teveel gevraagd en alles ging met een glimlach. Zulke medewerkers kom je zelden tegen. We hadden ons geen betere service kunnen wensen! Nogmaals bedankt voor alles!'

"1Overall very good, clean hotel and friendly staff. 2 Food is excellent. Our greetings to Bernie from delisserie, their food is delicious! Very kind staff. 3 Very good location, sea view on palm jumeirah. 4 Luggage help to and from room. 5 Taxi’s in front of the hotel 24/7. 6 14 restaurants 7 free acces to beach and spa pool What could be better: 1 phone line was noisy, could not hear clearly 2 no bath soap for the bath, they give us shampoo for the bath. Showergel was very thin/ watery. 3 the tile grout in the shower was not looking clean 4 long waiting for warm water in the evening. 5 Bluetooth speaker isn’t working for the bathroom speakers. 6 light dimmer was not working. We had only bright light. Room number 11001 "
