'I picked this condo because they have two snorkel locations and a beach right next door. Also, Dive Friends is within feet of the front door. It's a corner unit overlooking the bay. Even with the airport right there, the complex was quite with very limited airport noise. The owner, Christine was very responsive and even sent out a very detailed welcome packet. 'This is the second time we have rented this condo. Both times it was extremely clean. It is the perfect location because it is right on the ocean. All the condos here at Sand Dollar have a balcony and an ocean view.Bari reef is right out in front of the property and a snorkeler's paradise. It is a very easy entry and exit.The best thing about this rental is communication with the property manager. I had many many questions and she tirelessly answered them each time within minutes.'

'This condo was in a great location with a gorgeous view of the ocean! It was spacious and the furniture (including the king size bed) was comfortable. Most of all we liked that we could walk across the street and snorkel right in front of our unit! The owners met us at the airport and took us to the place. They had cold drinks waiting in the refrigerator for us and explained all the details of the condo.'

'Nice property. Main road in was closed for construction, so finding it was difficult as directions were flawed. Main problem is poor design, the condo complex does not take advantage of the trade winds so the condo itself is stuffy, the nice front porch collects quite a bit of dust every day, and the beautiful front door lacks screens. If you close the doors, you are protected from mosquitoes (dengue fever, Chikungynya virus are both present on the island) but there is no AC and poor ventilation...
