'There is nothing good about the property my unit was coverd in black mold no fridge or anything to cook on. Filthy doesn't even start to discribe J & E. Do not even consider renting a room. The owner let himself into my room while I was sleeping. I paid for a month and thel left in 3 days. He refused any type of refund. Skum of the earth and Expedia is doing nothing about it .. your cowards. Even with vid and pics and the fact the apt had nothing as discribed in ad '

'The owner is very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean and looks good. You got everything you need, microwave, big tv, washing machine. Loved the rooftop pool the most! Also the location is great, Central festival and LK Metro is around the corner. Looking forward to come back.'

Arrived in Pattaya and received no check in details, had to wait for VRBO to try and contact host. No reply and had to find another property to stay. '

'Pros: Very big room with kitchen and washroom. See through window to shower area (if you like that stuff). Lot of options for food in the area, Mcdonalds, Starbucks just across the street in the mall. Local market 2 minutes walk if you want to experience actual local market. WiFi was excellent with router right in the room. Cons: Con only if you are mainly there to explorer walking street area. A fair bit of walk from all the action.'

'Great condo, everything is close by. Central mall, beach road, etc. I didn't like that I wasn't informed when i checked in that they would be installing shower glass in the middle of my stay. I could have planned around the installation but instead they woke me up to install it. Afterwards i was told not to use the shower for 5 hours. Besides that the stay was great and I will definitely be back. '
