'Gary and Shannon had their place set up with all the basics. Everything was clean and comfortable. There is not a yard for the dogs but a large grassy area was close by. We definitely enjoyed our stay for the month of October and saw the peak of color and experienced some cooler temperatures! Loved it! Hope to be able to stay here again!'

'The location was spot on and perfect. The other families renting cottages next door were very friendly. Parking was a little chaotic at times but everywhere near the beach is like that! Beds were very comfortable, the old school look and feel was exactly what we wanted. Steven was fantastic to deal with too. Can't wait to go back!'

'The location was perfect. You’re literally across the street from the beach. You are less than 20 to 30 feet from the strip of all entertainment. Mr. Mark and Mrs. Kim were amazing, it didn’t matter what time of the night it was ,they were there to accommodate you. 'A very well kept and compact little apartment. Well stocked with everything (except they forgot dishwasher soap on this occasion). Two issues: the stairs up to the loft were fine for us, but might be difficult for anyone with walking issues. And the heating system was a bit of a mess. Upstairs roasted, while the downstairs main room was chilly, and the downstairs bedroom became a sauna if you closed the door. But for most people I'm sure this is not a winter time rental!'

While it has been updated over the years, most of the original layout remains intact.
