Bienvenue à l'endroit idéal pour profiter de tout ce que le lac LBJ a à offrir! BEAUCOUP d'espaces de divertissement en plein air, y compris une piscine privée, un barbecue intégré, une télévision, un slip de bateau à quelques pas et l'accès à une rampe de bateau de quartier. À l'intérieur offre une énorme cuisine gastronomique, des tonnes de sièges, des salles de bains et des télévisions dans chaque chambre. Oh ai-je mentionné, il y a même un ASCENSEUR! Situé dans une communauté fermée à proximité des épiceries, des restaurants et des divertissements, y compris le parcours de golf Legend et les vignobles locaux!

Cette maison a 3 niveaux:

Niveau 1 - Garage, a une porte pour accéder à l'espace de divertissement extérieur, y compris la piscine et une salle de bain. L'ascenseur est également situé dans le garage pour un accès facile.
Niveau 2 - Accès par ascenseur, escalier sur le côté droit de la maison ou escalier en colimaçon situé près de la piscine. À ce niveau, vous trouverez la cuisine, le salon et une salle de bain complète.
Niveau 3 - Accès par ascenseur ou escaliers à l'intérieur de la maison. Ce niveau a toutes les chambres.

Great views!
I booked this property to be somewhat close to family for Thanksgiving and get some hiking in at Inks Lake. The house is clean and cute, and the views are really pretty (although a cold front came through the day after we checked in so enjoying the balconies wasn't as easy). Communication with the host was easy and efficient, although I tried not to bother them. The only negative, if you will, is that the homes are literally one next to the other, and the 2 houses to the left had really noisy house guests who didn't seem to quiet down even after realizing people are on their balcony also trying to enjoy themselves.

Comfortable Elegance!
We spent a long weekend with our family in this beautiful yet comfortable house. What can be better than swimming while watching football and grilling dinner from the outdoor patio? Fishing from the boat slip was a great time. We actually caught several fish. The host was very responsive and helpful. We had such a memorable experience at this house and hope to be back.

Relaxing, great property, well furnished and decorated. 1st time for us to have a pool at the lake. We loved it. In the summer no need to have the pool heated. We love to cook. Great kitchen and gas grill. Had everything we needed Toaster blender mixer. Great Kitchen Aid appliances.

Nice family vacation home
We stayed 5 days for our annual vacation. The home was very nice and we couldn't have done it without the elevator. We found the home was semi clean. It really needs a deep cleaning. We did have to sweep and mop the kitchen our very first morning there. The pool was nice, but needed vacuuming. The homes are super close but ok. Our last night the neighbors 2 doors down were drunk and yelling until 2 am. No fault of anyone but them. Overall, it was a great time!

Great Accommodations for 60th birthday celebration
This property made it so easy and relaxing to get away with life long friends and just chill out. The house provides everything you need and the lake is absolutely spectacular. We are boat people and having a private boat lift right out your door and the pool overlooking the lake was convenience at its best.

Unreal Property
We had no idea what to expect as we had never been to lake LBJ before. The house is unreal. The kids LOVED the elevator. As parents we loved that we could be close to the kids. Having a dedicated boat lift was the ultimate for us. You just don't find these many places. It allowed us to rent a boat for a few days and not worry about wave damages. Only thing to consider for adults with kids is that everyone hears everything in the house since there is no carpet to be seen.

Mariner's Manor was absolutely stunning. Home had everything you could possible need, plenty of room for our family. Activities offered by Clearwater Harbor were a plus (Basketball court, Volleyball court and Ping Pong table). Slow Wi-Fi but I will assume since it is a new subdivision they are still working on the infrastructure. Minor glitch with the heating of the pool but the property manager addressed quickly and maintenance response was very timely. All in all amazing time at Mariner's Manor and hope to visit again.

Quiet, modern and full of amenities
We had a great time at this location! Everything was accurate in the description. The amenities were great especially the small pool, elevator, 5 bathrooms, large garage, and direct access to fish on the water. The kids loved having their own TV in their rooms. The garage also had other items to make your stay enjoyable like water inflatables, kids bikes, balls, fishing rods and a small refrigerator for easy access to the pool and grill. There is ample seating on the main level and throughout. It was nice having the extra bathroom and laundry on the main level. The full size washer and dryer made it easy to keep up with the wet clothes and towels. The balcony on each level had furniture that was comfy and made it easy to rest and relax. The large bathtub in the master was wonderful and each bathroom felt spacious. The tile floors through the house were great especially with the kids in and out of the pool. The only negative was the narrow size of the lot that put you right in view and proximity of the other houses with direct view to their pools and balconies. We only had one loud neighbor for one night, but the rest of the time we had families nearby. We will be back!

Mom's weekend Get-a-way
Every year we pick a new destination, some drivable others we fly. This year we selected Mariners Manor...you had us at elevator!! This gorgeous home did not disappoint! We loved every aspect of this home from the cute nautical decor to the 4 full bathrooms! One room is made for children but thankfully a few of my friends are child size! We had a blast and look forward to coming back.
