'Annabelle was a great host, and the hut is exactly as shown on the site. It is a great location, and the bonfire and bbq was a great way to end the evening I am already planning to return next year and book all 3 of them '

'So peaceful and quiet and everything has been so well thought out. The bed was so comfy, and the addition of the electric heater in the bathroom was perfect; it made the hop over the to the toilet in the middle of the night bearable. It’s open year round so we’ll definitely be back when it’s colder and we can have the fire going! Wendy was absolutely lovely when we arrived and our daughter made a new friend in her wonderful dog.'

'We had a wonderful stay, what a unique place with all conveniences catered for. We spent an evening at the fire pit toasting marshmallows (included in the fire pit package price). The hosts are very friendly and accommodating, I would recommend Truly Kentish Holiday Lets. '

'There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) However, the owners were extremely apologetic and very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a bottle of prosecco for any inconvenience. 'The property was easily located and check in on arrival was easy too. The hut is beautifully presented and offered everything you need for a stay and more. Located on Romney Marsh, the area is stunning with views for miles. The sunset at this property is something to behold. The sheep and chickens are very friendly and added to the experience. Highly recommended '

'We really enjoyed our stay, we had a lovely relaxed weekend and made the most of the hot tub. The owners were very helpful and friendly and any problems were happy for us to knock on there back door which is opposite the cabin'

'An excellent stopover place- only 11 mins from the tunnel, with easy access to the town and the beach. Clever management of space and comfortable bed. Not in winter, but lovely little garden space with outdoor furniture too.'

'Great location, amenities and seaside location. Best holiday on my own with the kids in years. If my car hadnt broke down recently we would of been back this year again. Loved it.'

'We had a super stay in the lovely Shepherds Hut and we had complete privacy. The hut was furnished with everything we needed and there we some very thoughtful touches. Sheep were very sweet. Get location.'

'We had a couple of nights to relax and take in the surroundings. Great things to do locally. Cabin is cosy and has good facilities.'

'Chilled weekend no major plans, to drive anywhere just needed to relax, dog walks and pub food. Clare is a lovley lady where nothing is too much trouble.'

"Superlekker ontbijt! Vriendelijke mensen! Het mocht iets properder zijn maar voor de rest vond ik het zeer goed en dicht bij het centrum! "

"We stayed in the Saltwood suite. At entry it was a slight shock, as a few big stains in the carpet welcomed us. But after that, all off the room was perfect. Bed, bathroom shower. All very good. Had diner at the restaurant. Sadly there is no outside sea view, but the food was perfect. Had a great stay, and would reccommend."

Ok for 1 night as a stop over

"Crowdy family hotel as a stop over for the Chunnel service. Ok for 1 night. "Restaurant" is more a fas food diner than restaurant. Very smaal bathroom but clean."
