'We were greeted on arrival by a very welcoming young lady who checked us in and showed us to our room. Room was spotless and beautifully decorated. Stayed to eat some lunch, service was friendly and efficient. After a wander round Lancaster, back to our room for showers and a change. Bathroom was clean, toiletries to hand and enough towels for the two of us. We had a quick drink before heading off for our evening meal, the bar was busy but didn’t have to wait very long.
