'The space is awesome and the location is unbelievable! As you walk onto 5th Avenue, to the right you are literally 2 blocks from the beach and to the left a simple short walk to all of the best restaurants and night life. Sarah is a great host and the living accommodations are just as advertised, which is a great, clean and comfortable space. We loved it!'

'Gorgeous view! The condo was clean and nicely decorated. It could have used some newer/better hand towels and wash cloths. There were only a few wash cloths and hand towels between the two bathrooms and they were a little ragged. Additionally, there were four tv remote controls total. Two did not have batteries and one did not work. We used the remaining remote for both of the televisions which were located in different rooms. That was a little annoying. The check-in process was mostly easy but...

'Really enjoyed our stay! Great location: a short walk to beautiful beach and two good restaurants. Avoided driving in beach traffic. The chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. Laura was easy to communicate with, and very responsive to a couple of requests. Highly recommend this property '

You really can’t go wrong with this location unless you like to pay an arm and a leg for JW Marriott. The unit and the balcony were very spacious . We really enjoyed Marco Island and Ian’s beautiful condo . We highly recommend staying here and we would definitely stay here again . Thank you Ian for the wonderful memories on Marco Island.'
