'This property is situated right next to Wailua State Park and across from Wailua Beach and minutes from Lydgate Beach Park. Immaculate and well- maintained. It was noisier than I expected due to traffic and bridge construction but very cute garden where you can sit outside'

'Really enjoyed our stay in a nice part of the island. Co co cottage was ideally positioned close to the beach and restaurants. The island has lots of chickens. They can be noisy at night and need serious culling.'

'Sea Glass Cottage is a beautiful home with fantastic amenities and very well maintained. Location is wonderful --so close to the beach and other South Shore attractions, but on a nice quiet street. '

'Nice peaceful place to stay with beautiful woodwork. The location was good with easy drives to all the nice beaches in the area. We enjoyed the portable hot tub after hiking all day. No AC as mentioned but that was never an issue, in fact we felt a little cool waking up some mornings. The house felt like you were staying in the rain forest which was nice. The housed felt a little smaller than it looks in the pictures but fine for 2 people. The dresser was filled with bedding-sheets blankets etc...

'We loved our stay. The garden surroundings were out of this world! I could go on and on about this topic alone… Toni and Samson made us feel so welcome. The tiki hut was spotless, and appointed with touches that made it feel like we were in a home rather than a rental. The location is perfect for a beach holiday, just 5-10 mins walk down a path to one of the best beaches on Kauai. '

'Cottage with bamboo-themed inside, in the back yard of house in the of a residential area. Own driveway, as others said, can be a bit tight to turn the car. Lanai with partial ocean view in the distance. Clean, well equipped and quiet. Very convenient location for Waimea canyon, Poipu area, and south-departing Napali boat tours. North shore is a bit further away but still doable.'

'Poipu crater was so magnificent, walking distance to the pool and beach. Condo was a little out dated, but hey you’re in Kaua’i what more could you need! The condo was perfect for 2 couples! Or even for a family. Was a great place to spend our vacation. The only negative thing was that the HOA president and his wife are very rude, accusatory, and snooty.'

'Very clean and spacious cottage. We really enjoyed the lanai and the proximity to the bay where we saw a whale in some dolphins fun time we would go back'

'We are a family of four with young kiddos and this place worked great for our stay. We always had hot water in bath and showers, which was great. The house location near the beach is amazing and the beach is beautiful. The beds and pillows are comfy. We had access to washer and dryer. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. We also enjoyed watching the birds in the backyard and loved seeing the geckos around. '

'For us, the cottage was perfect in every way. We like to keep our time on the north shore simple. We rented bikes and only used the car for specific outings. We walked the beach, swam the ocean, used the outdoor shower, and lived on the lanai except when we were in the gardens. The cottage is lovely and equipped with everything we needed. Mahalo Kauai, for allowing us to share in your island life for a time. '

'The location was great. The view of the ocean was beautiful. Watching the sun rise and set was absolutely gorgeous from the balcony or deck. The rooms are very dated. There was no air conditioning but with the doors open it’s stayed cool. The pool area is very nice and the pool is kept in excellent condition.'
