'Great unit with an awesome view to wake up to. We had an issue with the lock on arrival but the management company was extremely responsive in sorting it out. My only complaint is that the BBQ’s are way over by the garbage bins which doesn’t necessarily make you want to Grimm. Otherwise great property and would recommend. '

'I like the high ceiling of the sleeping area / living area because we are only 2 people. We don't need the sleeping sofa. The back yard has a lot of trees. You can watch from inside the different birds flying from trees to balcony.'

Emplacement des containers de recyclage et vidanges Ammeublement vieillissant dans l'unite et on a du acheter une bouilloire. Juste un frigo et une petite machine a cafe. La TV ne semblait pas fonctionner et la porte vitree du balcon etait super dure a ouvrir et a fermer. Mis a part cela le resort eat superbe. La chambre servait a dormir 2 lits doubles'

'True, the rental is spacious and spotless and well appointed with everything you will need. True the location is in a high end neighborhood and very convenient to Poipu and all the area has to offer. A minor tick off on location because the rental is above the garage and just steps from the entrance to the main house...and the family (rightfully) uses those spaces, a lot, at all hours, and sometimes with grinding equipment and loud conversations. 'The property was in a great location and all amenities were as listed however the aircon was old and noisy and the shower was difficult to turn on, heat up and pressure was poor.. These things did not stop us from enjoying the place and the lovely island.'
