'The location is great. If you bring a car be aware of no parking, would have to locate parking on the street or pay. (Rented a car so I could travel outside of the island). My only issue was the water pressure in the shower was not good at all. The TV did not work either, not that I wanted to sit around and watch TV but would like to have it available. Overall this place is great. Gives you the PR living experience in the Old San Juan, and that's exactly what I wanted. '

'This motel is in a very residential area but is a decent place. It is undergoing remodeling and is very laid back There is a little beach out the back and a nice little pool. The staff was friendly but there was no real check in person. So we had to go find someone who was working on the property They were accommodating by allowing us to leave our luggage and use their facilities before the 3pm check in. There is a nice little restaurant upstairs but some of the staff did not speak English...
