Cabin like setting on wooded property 5 minutes from Caddo Lake

Here at the Hideaway you have your own private porch with outdoor table and chairs. Your private entrance has a security digital lock that you get the code sent to you the morning of your arrival. There is an outside grilling area that is available for cooking your meals. Along with the smoker/charcoal grill there is a 2 burner propane stove for cooking too. Inside there is a microwave and toaster. For entertainment there is a 32" TV (only local channels available) and DVD player. The bathroom is rather large and spacious and there are plenty of extra towels in the bathroom cabinet. Even though it is attached to the main structure it is totally secluded with its own private porch and entrance and you will have no contact with anyone if that's your preference. Everything here at the Hideaway is all yours and nobody else is around, just total privacy for you and yours! But we are nearby and available anytime if needed. The cabin is great for 2 adults but can accommodate a max of 3 persons. We recommend a minimum age of 13 for all cabin guests. For more info on all we have to offer can be found on our website. Christmas hideaway.
A perfect quiet hideaway spot. The cabin has everything needed. Perfect location close to the State Park, Jefferson and Marshall TX. One day we even drove to Shreveport LA. Mary and Bill are great hosts. Couldn't ask for more. This place is highly recommended. Thank you so much for having us again!

Nice quite stay
Perfect place to stay for my visit to Caddo Lake for a photography workshop. Comfy bed, awesome water pressure, spacious main room and bathroom and nice a quiet. Wish I would have had more time to spend on the lovely covered porch.

Awesome weekend getaway!!
Sweet very clean room and property, with hosts close by and very prompt to respond to questions. The room had everything we needed for 2 overnight stay, and the price can’t be beat! Hosts Bill and Mary are so friendly and informative. Bill gave us a great tour of the lake and told us all about birds wildlife and vegetation on the lake. We did not get to see an alligator, it was too hot for them I guess! We will stay here again.

the picture makes it appear antiquated bu actually the property is very well kept and super clean, the bed is very comfortable which makes me very happy. had everything i needed for my short trip. the owner was a wealth of information on the surrounding state park. I had some trouble backing my big boat in the driveway because of trees and a mailbox but shade is premium. v a great value for the price

Beautifull Cabin In The Woods
We loved this rustic cabin with the big front porch. It was homey, clean and well appointed. Sitting on the covered front porch in the comfortable recliners and watching the hummingbirds and other wildlife was very peaceful. Mary, the host and owner was wonderful and available any time we had a question or needed help.
