'We had an excellent stay at Jacinta’s condo. Located at a perfect spot in central Kona, we could go anywhere by foot. Complete amenities and a parking spot right at the complex. Jacinta wasa great host and very responsive to any questions. We’d come back anytime in the future !!'

'Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.'

'Right in downtown, great location. The condo was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the lanai was spacious. The kitchen is very small and did not lend itself to much cooking. The toilet hose leaked, and the property manager told us to put a towel down.'

'This was a fantastic room that is right by the ocean! The center of the complex is a botanical garden. There are flowers that line the walk-way and torches that are lit at dusk. This room could have managed four people, but we didn’t mind the extra space. It served as a great home-base as we toured the island. There is a closet full of everything you may need for a day at the beach or a journey through the forest. We made very good use of the cooler, beach chairs, and snorkeling...

'Very nice place overall. Good location, accurate description in the listing. We both had good nights sleeping which was the most important thing. It cooled off nicely every night with the big Louvered windows facing the ocean, but with that you get some road noise and the frog noise.'

'This was the perfect location for our stay. We were a 1 mile drive from Magic Sands Beach and 1 mile drive to local shopping, dinning and entertainment! While we chose to drive everywhere, the location is totally walkable to all the attractions. Also, before booking I read reviews, and apparently other condos do not have AC. This one DOES have AC.
