'Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.'

'Studio was clean very Hawaiian and close to all beach, down town and shopping. Property was nicely kept and the area had a quite and in a nice residental area, yet near all. Issac was great to work with espically with some special requests we had.It was great having the beach chairs, snorkeling gear, boggie boards ect to use at the beach. We would definitely stay here again Aloha Thanks Issac for being a great host. :)'

'This place was pretty clean and a convenient location. Wish I knew they had all the beach equipment including 2 snorkel sets as we spent money renting those. We never did check out Bantans beach but the pool area was nice and right by Da Poke restaurant which was amazing. Very small peekaboo view of beach but not far to walk across and view sunsets and beach. Close to downtown Kona. '
