Quiet hotel within walking distance to Wenceslas square and the old town (though a little further out of town).Transport facilities (relatively close by if you don’t fancy walking. We enjoyed the breakfast spread and also managed a visit to the picturesque bar. The rooms are of a good size. We found a couple of good restaurants nearby on evenings when we decided not to venture back into the old town. Made use of the left luggage facility on our last day which was very convenient.

The location and services are great. I would rate 5 stars if they can fix SPA jacuzzi jets, shower in steam room and side showerheads.

The location of the hotel is great. It’s an easy walk to most tourist spots. Nice breakfast included. Our room faced north and so quite dark even with the lights on (once we figured out which switch to operate them) same with dining room. Rooms to the rear of the hotel probably brighter and less constant noise from streetcars.

We booked a deluxe room and requested a room with the view of the clock tower. When we arrived at the property, the desk person confirmed that the room (214) assigned to us had a view of the clock. However, this was incorrect. For various reasons, we suspect that room 214 was not the room originally assigned to us. Otherwise, the hotel looks good, nice breakfast room with view

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We were upgraded and the room was very large with a big bathroom with separate shower and tub and double sinks. Huge breakfast spread. Staff was very pleasant. Nothing but nice things to say. Would gladly stay here again.
