It is located closer to the quieter side of Javea with only a 20-30 min walk to the other side, arenal beach, however just outside the apartment is a taxi rank and the local bus stop therefore no need to walk if you don’t want to. 'Bijna perfect. Enkele opmerkingen: Bij 2 matrassen dwars over harde bulten. 1 Van de douches is erg klein. Hele fijne banken in de woonkamer. Zeer goed toegankelijk voor rolstoelgebruikers.'

'Bon emplacement. Intérieur vieillot mais bien aménagé et équipé (Attention 1 seul climatiseur qui ne rafraîchit que les 2 chambres du fond portes grandes ouvertes). Extérieurs mériteraient un rafraîchissement et quelques plantes sans besoin de beaucoup d'eau, cela donnerait moins l'impression d'abandon en arrivant Propriétaire sympa en échanges SMS et au téléphone mais sans relais sur place en cas de problème technique. 'Mooi groot en ruim huis met vier slaapkamers met elk een badkamer en dan ook nog een extra losse badkamer erbij. Verschillende hoekjes en plekjes zowel binnen als buiten dus ideaal voor iedereen. Zwembad en tuin zijn mooi en ruim alleen zwembad helaas niet verwarm maar dat is enige minpuntje waar je midden in de zomer wellicht geen last van hebt.'
