Well appointed condo
Great condo- very clean, comfortable, good layout, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed. Quiet in winter. Gorgeous sunrises, dolphin sightings. We enjoyed our stay (wish the pool was heated as visited when windchill was 25 so was not able to swim) . Highly recommended especially as corner condo which increased the beach views!

Great View. Nice condo.
Nice condo. Good floor plan for a couple and kids or possibly two couples. Check in is super easy and access to the condo was a breeze. Location is good and the views to the ocean are awesome. Be sure to bring TP and maybe a roll of paper towels. The pool is on the east side of the building so it’s worth noting it is only in the sun during the first half of the day. Would stay here again.

The unit is just beautiful, and the view outstanding! Our weather was not the best, but the interior was so comfortable that we were still able to enjoy it. The bed was comfortable, and the kitchen well stocked. I’d recommend this unit wholeheartedly!

A gem in Amelia Island
Before you walk through the door to this condo, you see the amazing views that await you. Because it's an end unit, you have the benefit of more windows/natural light inside plus a balcony that only has one wall versus the typical. It's a beautiful view and well-appointed updated unit. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the beach chairs and such that were included. The master bath is tight and less than ideal, but that's really the only suggested improvement I'd have. An excellent spot!

A Picturesque Break
We enjoyed our stay at this fourth floor unit. It had an awesome ocean view and a large balcony perfect for viewing, reading, or just lounging! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. The kitchen was very nice and functional. The climate control stopped working after a storm on our last night, saved somewhat by the fans. Overall it was a restful, very nice experience.

Great renovation! Very nice unit.
Only one thing I would recommend. Get new high quality sheets for the master bedroom. These were old and had a scratchy feel. Over all it is a very nice unit. End unit that has so much more light. The owners really did a great job with their renovations and we would certainly rent it again. Mock, the on island agency that represents this unit is very responsive and friendly!!

Clean with great views
This condo was clean, with great views and easy access to the pool and beach. There were carts to help with luggage and elevators to get up to the 4th floor. The unit is an end unit, which made it quiet. They have done a lot of work on the building in the past few years and the unit has been nicely remodeled. There are limited toiletries so bring what you need (tissues, toiletries, extra toilet paper- one in each bathroom provided, any cleaning supplies, paper towel- one provided). Beach chairs (4), beach towels (4), small styrofoam cooler, beach ball provided. Beds were comfortable, living room furniture very comfortable, and some games were provided. Great composite table with 4 chairs and 2 Adirondack chairs on the balcony. Management company was responsive when we had parking questions. Overall great stay, we would come back!
