'Very warm welcome by Gaetano, his wife and daughter. We felt immediately at home. Also very clean (house and swimming pool). Gaetano explained where we could find supermarkets, restaurants, things to see and do. The garden has lemon trees, where we could pick lemons as much as we needed. 'Nice old big house, very clean, good communications with Giorgia. We lacked some proper kitchen equipment to be able to cook for 12 people but they tried to accomodate us when we mentioned it. The pool is perhaps not for adults, small and shallow. '

'We are a dutch family of 4 and stayed with Ciro in august. We had a realy great time. The garden is amasing en the pool is realy nice. The house is comfortabel and complete. The house is about 10-15 min walk from a nice sand-beach and the center of Balestrate. The house is is a good base for fun day trips, nice towns and nice beaches. We highly recorment a stay at Villa Solemare.'

'We had a great stay in the house. It is beautifully situated with view on the sea and the sunset and at the back the Mountain. The house is clean, spacious and comfortable and the garden and Pool are great! The town of Capaci is also nice and it is easy to do trips from there. The owners are very committed that your stay is comfortable and communication was very easy. Overall a great stay and a great house!'

Straßen waren wegen der andauernden Regenfälle überspült, unterspült und mit Schlamm und seegroßen, knöcheltiefen Pfützen kaum befahrbar. Glückerweise sind wir in der Abgeschiedenheit nicht liegen geblieben. Parallel läuft eine Beschwerde und die Forderung der Mietrückzahlung und einer Entschädigung, weil wir sofort eine andere Übernachtungsmöglichkeit bräuchten. 'Our stay here was perfect! The house is large and has plenty of private and shared spaces for a big group. We had 13 people (6 adults, 6 kids and 1 infant) and the bedroom layout was great.
