'Gated community. Ground floor overlooking the marina, and the waters beyond. I especially enjoyed the balcony doors all sliding to one side to better enjoy the breeze coming in (had to turn off the A/C, for good reason). We appreciated various amenities in the unit (washer/dryer, ping-pong table, larger dining room table, fully equipped kitchen), as well as the property pools.
