Guests will enjoy exclusive access to the apartment. The property is self-check-in, so please carefully read the check-in instructions prior to arrival. Property amenities include a free parking in the attached garage, 2 Outdoor pools (Open Memorial Day - Labor Day, hours are 9 am - 8 pm, please follow all posted rules), 24/7 Fitness Center and Bark Park with agility equipment. You have around-the-clock access to your space through our custom-coded keypad deadbolt locks. To ensure your safety, all of our properties are equipped with Ring video doorbell cameras and Noise decibel measuring devices inside the unit (Please note: Devices do not have recording features).

Your reservation at CityWay includes one pass for the on-site CityWay South Parking Garage. Please note that we cannot provide additional passes as the garage is public. Upon entry, take a ticket and pay upon exiting, subject to availability. The pass grants unlimited in and out privileges for one vehicle. Enjoy convenient parking during your stay at CityWay!

Conveniently close to The Fever and Colts
Location great! Easy walk to the Lucas Oil Stadium. Lots of restaurants in the area. Parking available in the ramp. Easy check-in and check-out processes. The Residences were basic accommodations with basic amenities for a 4 night stay. Would be nice to have some more shampoo/conditioner and body wash available for 6 people in a 2 bathroom condo. Hotel size samples for each bathroom. Condo overall clean. Microwave splattered inside. Three keys provided, but only one worked to get into building and workout area. Great to be able to use gas grills outside in the common area. Didn’t have any time to utilize the pool or outdoor space but a nice option to have.

Olympic trial weekend
The property was very nice and clean but the check in process was terrible. The air mattress wouldn't stay inflated. The key fob didn't work for the pool. The toilet seat in one of the bathrooms was broken. It was a quiet building and close to downtown so we could walk places.

Great, safe property
The property was precisely as advertised. Only a couple of minor issues that I would say probably need to be addressed. 1) There was no broom/dustpan and we would've like to have swept. 2) Both the carpet and the floors felt a bit sticky to bare feet. Maybe too much pinesol on the floors and not rinsed well? And the carpet was visibly dirty and seemed to leave a film on my feet if I went barefoot. I just ended up wearing my shoes all the time. 3) The TV remote was missing in one of the bedrooms. The couple that was staying in that room connected their Roku app on their phone to the TV and managed to get it to work. Nonetheless, a remote still needs to be in there. Overall, a REALLY nice property, well-furnished and in a safe area. Definitely recommend.

Key Cafe location/ Parking Pass/ Animal smell
Overall our stay was pleasant. We had everything we needed in the apartment. However locating the key cafe was difficult since we came in from the backside by the garage exit. A simple addition to instructions could have saved us 20 minutes locating. The parking key didn’t work upon entry to the garage. We quickly ran to the exit and scanned card. Entry still wouldn’t work. We had to take a ticket as we were holding up traffic. Tried calling support from kiosk and it hung up on us. After going up to the fourth floor to turn around we then had to pay $5 to exit. Attempted entry again: Had to text Mitten for support and then called number they provided as we still couldn’t enter garage. The attendant speaking with us verified we were in the correct garage but they weren’t familiar with the error code. Were advised to take a ticket again and local attendant would let us out upon exit at no charge. This took an hour! Once parked we followed elevator instructions only to find the elevator wouldn’t open. We were on 5th floor because parking was full up to that point. There were no stairs in the Northeast corner. Short story is the elevator should be marked on all floors it is out of order. Furniture in living room had odor of an animal. Stated it slept 6 people, we only had 4, but our kids don’t share a bed. We found the blowup mattress which was fine but there wasn’t bedding for it, only a blanket. Took 20 mins to exit parking garage because of the kiosk, phone help & attend

Great location!
We stayed the wknd for a cheer competition at the convention center. We got around easily on the Bird/Lime scooters. Also very prompt Lyft/Uber, wait less than 5 minutes. Apartment is very clean. Bathrooms are large and recently upgraded (appreciate that)! Also, washer/dryer was a bonus. CVS right across the street and a lovely brunch restaurant called Yolk, each a 2 minute walk. The 302 Alabama St was not a good location for GPS. I found putting in Delaware and Louisiana st got me much closer to the apartment door. Kitchen has minimal but everything you need. Thank yall for a wonderful stay!

PINK concert
We came to indy and stayed here for the pink cincert. The walk to the gainbridge fieldhouse was so easy and convenient. Every place we wanted to go to was within walking distance and didnt have to worry about moving the car. Having the parking pass was perfect so we didnt have to spend alot of money on parking. The place was clean and quiet. Very informative step by step directions for checking in and checking out with pictures included!! We had a wonderful time.

Loved staying at this place. It was easy to get in and out of the apartment from the parking garage once we figured it out. A nice lady in the elevator helped me. The entire place was very clean with comfortable beds and furniture. It was everything we needed for the week we were there.

Nice place, very roomy, was a last minute add so I was excited to have a place to stay for the extra 2 days. Place was quiet and parking plentiful and easy. The only down part is all the hidden fees, and paying for cleaning, but also having to have everything cleaned already makes no sense to me.

Great location for downtown and surrounding area activities. Messaging communications with owner were excellent and when I communicated an issue, it was fixed on the spot. The apartment was newer and spacious enough for a long weekend, minimal in stocked items, but sufficient and safe. Note: Each bedroom had dormer windows (3 each) that opened into the living room/kitchen space, therefore if I would not categorize this as a quiet apartment space.

Loved the property.
Loved the property. Noticed a couple of minor things that should be addressed. The rug by the couch has rolled corners and presents a tripping hazzard. One of the nuts on the toilet seat is missing, resulting in a wiggly seat :-). The kitchen was good, the mattresses were GREAT. We enjoyed the property. Thank you.

Dirty floors upon arrival asked to have them cleaned they sent someone back was not any better so I washed the floors myself sent photos of dirty water to management they came to the unit and apologized Also they mysteriously wanted to do maintenance during my stay but couldn’t have any representation from their company there so I volunteered to come back when they were there they could not confirm a time so the said they were going to do it after I checked out and that didn’t happen they entered anyway and totally ignored my request to have someone there being I had all my personal belongings in the unit Overall the unit was nice and in a good location

Everything was in walking distance, very convenient. Clean space besides there was a left pair of boxers under the bed that we left but everything appeared clean. The one bathroom smelt heavy of smoke but we just opened windows and aired it out!!! We would rent from the host again!

Comfy & great downtown location
Once I figured out how to check in everything was fine. This is a huge complex. Now that I have a lay of the land things will be much easier. Beds are low but very comfy. Place was clean. The only thing it needs is more lighting in the living room and bed rooms. With that said I would stay here again.
