'This place was so charming and well decorated. The hosts were very communicative and gracious. They went out of their way to accommodate an early check in, and the house had everything we needed for cooking, enjoying the pool, laundry, and beaching. It was only a 6 minute walk into the port with great restaurants and very close to the trolley stop. The A/C worked perfectly, and the house was cool and comfortable. Highly recommend this property!'

'Wir waren zu viert in der Finca und haben selten eine so saubere Unterkunft gesehen. Die Finca ist gut aufgeteilt. Die Terrasse bietet einen tollen Blick auf Sant Joan. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und wurden insgesamt gut betreut. Lediglich das Bad ist schon sehr klein. In der Beschreibung ist ein Gäste WC angegeben. Es gibt aber ein Bad mit einem WC. 'We must praise the outstanding hosts, Cati and Jaume. Excellent communication before & during the stay, and nothing was too much trouble. When visiting on our 2nd evening to complete registration, we pointed out that the coffee maker was not working - a replacement was delivered the next day. When we asked for a change of bed linen, it was done within a few hours and their son even came to clean the pool after some Saharan sand arrived with the rain. Gracies per tot, Cati i Jaume! 'Wir waren mit 3 Generationen in der Villa bei Pollenca (4 Schlafzimmer, 4 Badezimmer), die auf einem sehr großen, wunderbar gepflegten, uneinsehbaren und ruhigen Grundstück mit schönem Pool steht. Wir wurden von der freundlichen Inhaberin persönlcih begrüßt, die uns auch auf wichtige Details hinwies (z.B. die 4 Katzen nicht ins Haus zu lassen). Das Haus ist gut und vollständig ausgestattet und verfügt über eine große, überdachte Terrasse mit Esstisch und separater Sitzgruppe für 8 Personen....

'The house is very well located close to the beach. The owner is friendly and easy in communication. A small issue with the washing machine was promptly fixed with help. The downside of the property, especially in fall, is the shaded garden because of the trees. The house was damp and even moldy in the upstairs bedroom. Besides the area is known for a lot of mosquito's with the nearby lake.'
