Please be advised that as a pet-friendly property, we kindly request that pet owners inform us of their furry friends before arrival and pay the required pet fee of $150 per pet per stay. Failure to do so will result in a penalty fee of $450.
Additionally, our rental rates are based on an occupancy of 5 persons. If your party exceeds this limit, please note that an additional charge of $100 per person, per stay will apply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies.
Please note that a minimum stay of 30 nights is required, and I kindly request that you treat the property with respect and maintain it in the same condition as when you first occupied it. For thirty days or longer, guests will be responsible for the utilities!
Unfortunately, due to tenants currently occupying the property, I am unable to provide tours at this time. However, upon receipt of your email, I would be happy to forward an alternative site for your viewing.
Smoking is strictly prohibited within the unit and on the property. The designated smoking area is located on the driveway or across the street. A fine of $250 will be imposed for the first offense and $500 for any subsequent offenses. Your cooperation in refraining from smoking is greatly appreciated.
Our property offers designated parking located conveniently next to the unit, which can be accessed via approximately 12 steps and 4 stairs leading to the front door. In addition, we offer a shared garage equipped with new garage doors and an opener for your convenience.
Please note that guests must be over 25 years of age to reserve the unit, and for certain types of events or parties, written permission from the owner is required. A $100 fee per guest per stay will be charged for reservations involving more than 5 guests. If you are seriously interested in renting our unit, we kindly request that you call to introduce yourself. We believe getting to know our potential tenants helps ensure a great fit for both parties.
