'We had a 3 night stay, along with other family members staying 2 nights. The hotel is very conveniently located, close to the sea front and amenities in Paignton. Our room was so comfortable and homely, absolutely spotlessly clean. The welcome from the hosts was so friendly and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble throughout our stay and the communication was good from booking to leaving. 'We booked last minute without really doing any research but we got a lovely room with a bath/shower. The staff were all very welcoming, down to earth and friendly. Ideally located. Bed was very comfortable and the room cleaned to a high standard. Although there was shower gel/soap there was no shampoo & conditioner. '

'The only issue is the facility to dry my hear whilst looking in a mirror. It was very difficult with the hair dryer cable being at full stretch as the mirror is half way down the corridor almost opposite the bathroom door & the nearest plug point is by the tea & coffee point '

'Excellent location both for the many transport links and the stroll into town. The room was on the second floor so not convenient if mobility issues. .It was compact with low ceilings but comfortable, especially the bed. Poor plumbing. Unusual housekeeping for me as the bed was never made up nor the bath cleaned during my stay. Dinner in the restaurant was disappointing. Chicken supreme dish, the potatoes were nice, the meat was well cooked unfortunately the roasted carrots tasted rancid so...
