'Overall quite a comfortable stay. Pillows were too flat for liking. And perhaps due to the high volume of guests over the festive period, they didn't have extra pillows at request, and ran out of sugar sachets at breakfast. Shower was nice and warm, pressure was great.'

'Prima hotel op de uitvalsweg richting ijsfestival en sneeuwpark. Mooi uitzicht over de rivier, ook 's-nachts. Alleen wel ruim een half uur wandelen naar het gezellige stadscentrum; gelukkig ook te bereiken met taxi onder de 20 RMB maar een taxi voor de terugweg vinden was lastiger.'

'The hotel is showing it’s age. The carpet is old and dirty. The bed is as hard as a board. Breakfast had set menu where you pick from A to D everyday. It wasn’t quite good. The breakfast room was not very appealing. I was there during the virus outbreak where I had to be evacuated to one of their sister hotel since this hotel was very close to the train station. The sister hotel was way better although I only spent 1 night. I would recommend staying near the city center.'
