't Sonnishuis is a beautiful, authentic country house, amidst the beautiful Limburg forests and located on the widely known and acclaimed bicycle route network of Limburg and near several hiking trails.
The Space:
This vacation rental home is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and cozy stay in Houthalen-Helchteren. The house features a beautiful garden where you can enjoy the outdoors and relax.
With 3 bedrooms, the house can accommodate a total of 8 people. Each bedroom is tastefully furnished, ensuring a good night's sleep. There are two bathrooms available for all guests. One bathroom offers a shower and the other bathroom offers a bath and a shower. Important: Please note there is no linnen included, guests need to bring their own linnen and towels.
The fully equipped kitchen provides all the necessary amenities to prepare meals and enjoy communal dining in the dining area.
The house is conveniently located in Houthalen-Helchteren, allowing easy access to local amenities, restaurants, and recreational activities. Whether you want to immerse yourself in the natural beauty of the surroundings, explore cultural sights, or simply unwind with your loved ones, this vacation rental home offers an excellent base for your stay. Electric car charging is not possible but charging points are provided in the carport for your electric bikes.
Kindly note that pets are allowed but under strict conditions. Pets are not allowed in the home itself. A spacious covered dog run is provided with a comfortable sleeping pen. In addition, your pet can also spend the night in the carport. We ask that guests bring their own crate or other sleeping equipment. For hygiene reasons and the next guests to follow, we prefer not to have pets in the house itself.

The property owner has appointed Huswell to support them before, during and after your stay. Thanks to Huswell, the owner can give all guests the best experience possible. The price as determined when booking your stay includes the use of the accommodation and the furniture and household effects present, as well as consumption (water, heating, electricity, telecommunications and other facilities) and cleaning after check-out. The Accommodation is fully furnished, whereby 90% of the price refers to the property and 10% to the furniture. You can optionally purchase certain products and services from Huswell, which Huswell provides in it’s own name and on it’s own account.

KITCHEN ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few kitchen essentials that will cover the first few days of your stay. This includes standard essentials such as coffee cups, tea, sugar, olive oil, salt & pepper, hand soap, dish detergent, one kitchen towel, cloth and sponge, one roll of kitchen paper, and one garbage bag. We also provide a few dishwasher tablets if a dishwasher is available.
CLEANING:
The accommodation has been professionally cleaned and prepared. After your check-out, the cleaning and inspection of the accommodation are included in the price.
HYGIENE ESSENTIALS:
The owner does provide a few hygiene essentials. This includes luxurious bathroom essentials such as shampoo, shower gel and hand soap. Toilet paper is also provided in the toilets.
INSPECTIONS:
The accommodation has been inspected as well as possible after previous guests' check-out and will be again inspected after your check-out.
MAINTENANCE:
The accommodation is maintained as good as possible, and any defect or damage should be reported immediately. If any maintenance issues arise, we ask for patience and understanding. The owner and Huswell will do their best to solve any issue as soon as possible.
